Our father passed away New Years Eve! I contacted Hilliers on the bank holiday Monday and from that day until the funeral they were exceptional in their care, kindness, with myself and my sister. Kyle talked to me in a regular basis, emailed when he said he would and when I rang up he always asked how I was before talking about the funeral. The entire team made such a devastating loss of our dad just that much easier. Thankyou to you all.

The whole team at Hillier were exceptionally helpful and professional. Nothing was too much trouble and calls were returned quickly. Hillier arranged everything for us and the day passed in a slick and professional manner. Highly recommend Hillier.

From the very start Nick at Hilliers was extremely helpful and supportive to our family during the very difficult time of organising our Mums funeral.
Nick guided us through each step of the process, giving us options and advice without any pressure. My family has used Hillier’s several times over the years and we have always received impeccable service. Just recently, following the death of my Mum, Hillier’s were once again peerless, and we had the added honour of being the very first family to make use of their new Kingshill House Service Room. Everything went like clockwork, and all the Service arrangements - including the Celebrant, Hugh Milsom, who had been recommended by Hillier’s - were just perfect.

What a wonderful respectful, efficient, service we received from Hilliers, helping us with the recent sad death of our mother. Communication was excellent and we felt very well supported. Thank you!!

Unfortunately an error with the flowers and no apology given
I emailed several times and was told it was our fault!
What had started as a great experience ended on a very sour note.

There was no apology , we discussed at length our needs. On the flowers we said that it said Dad and we wanted the same flowers but for son! We followed your instructions.

Whilst arranging my Aunty's funeral recently, Hillier's were professional, compassionate and showed total empathy throughout the process.

At a time when you feel swamped with grief and unable to think straight these are the people you need around you. Gently guided through the process of someone passing away and all that goes with it, never being pressurised into anything and so professional at all times is want you need and what we got. I cannot fault Hilliers . I dealt mainly with Nick who always knew who I was when I called, answered emails really quickly and was happy to help with little ideas we wanted to introduce to the service. He matched us up perfectly to Elveen who conducted the service for us too.
A day or so before the funeral I was talked through what would happen on the day… all these things helped to make a day we were not looking forward to a day we will remember for the seamless, beautiful funeral it was.
