No show. No contact
The blind fitter never turned up. No one made contact. Eventually after multiple phone calls it was discovered the fitter was on holidays! The replacement fitter then placed the blind in the wrong location and when he was contacted said ," I'm only the fitter. It's not the end of the world" . Never again.
UPDATE- 18th September - Hillarys have still not made contact or done anything to correct their mistake. Having paid over 250 euro I am still without a blind or any explanation. Stay away people! Go somewhere that cares.

I wanted to leave a note to thank Whisper for the exceptional service on our new Day & Night blinds. The entire experience was prompt, professional, and completely stress-free.
He gave brilliant recommendations tailored to our windows during the first visit, maintained fantastic real-time communication throughout, and delivered on every timeline promised. The installation took just 15 minutes, and he even walked us through how to maintain them properly.
Having thoroughly researched multiple companies beforehand, the product quality and level of service here stand far above the rest. Highly recommended!

Service was good but I’m disappointed…
Service was good but I’m disappointed with how the blind is working, it was mounted backwards for some reason so it’s tricky rolling it up and down and can appear uneven.

The blinds are lovely and im very pleased with them. I was disappointed that I wasn't told in advance that id have to get rid of all the packaging, of which there was a lot. I'd have thought a company with their reputation would always dispose of their own rubbish.

I had a very positive experience…
I had a very positive experience dealing with Anil from Hillary’s, he was able to advise me as to what curtains would look best for our bedroom. Everything from the selection of material, type of pleating and rail to the two very nice gentlemen who came to fit them about 2 weeks later, to the lady who took payment over the phone went seamlessly. I would use them again and highly recommend Anil.
