The customer service was prompt
The customer service was prompt. I ordered a military style rucksack but they come with straps that are way too short rendering them useless for a size 10 woman. I raised this straight away and they said they would check it out. Although I didn't hear back I could see they offered me a full refund. I kept the rucksack and ordered longer straps from amazon so overall a good outcome.

Hello,
Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We sincerely apologise for the confusion with the rucksack straps and any inconvenience it may have caused. We did send a follow-up email about the full refund offer, which may have landed in your junk folder. We're glad to hear you were able to find a solution with longer straps and are happy with the overall outcome. Your feedback is invaluable and helps us improve our service. If there's anything else we can assist you with, please don't hesitate to reach out.

The perfect 2 man tent for festivals
The perfect 2 man tent for festivals. Our tent arrived promptly ready for our trip to The Boardmasters festival. It was easy to erect and was big enough for both me and my daughter to sleep comfortably. . It kept us warm and dry and was easy to take down and put back in the bag for our next adventure. 5 Stars! .

Returning happy customer
I ordered some sunglasses as they had good reviews and looked quite sturdy.
When they arrived, they were in a standard drawstring pouch so I wasn’t sure what they would be like.
I am happy with how sturdy and robust they are, the quality which exceeded my expectations.
This is the second item I have bought, the first being a torch, will definitely be ordering again.
Thank you

Great sunglasses!
The time between ordering and delivery was very prompt and the sunglasses came very well packaged. They come in a material case with a cleaning cloth which is very convenient for keeping them in my bag. I tried them this evening whilst driving and they were really good against the glare from the sun. They are comfortable to wear, sturdy and the design has a small logo on each side. The glasses are a good price and I would recommend them.
