Hikeware are different
Hikeware are different. Why? Because they provide items that actually do the job! I have some sunglasses and they are better than my Oakleys and Rayban, the uv protection is phenomenal! I really recommend any of the products hikeware do! The price is amazing too and the delivery is super quick

Hi there, thank you for such a brilliant review! Genuinely brilliant to hear you're rating the UV400 Polarised Sunglasses above premium brands you've owned – that's the best kind of comparison we could ask for, and shows the UV protection and quality are exactly where they should be, without the premium price tag.
Really appreciate you recommending the range as a whole too, and glad the price and delivery speed backed it all up.

I really appreciate their customer service, I got a real bargain on my tent purchase and it came much faster than I expected. They even included a couple of gifts along with my purchase.

All round good experience
Great communication, excellent delivery but the main thing is the sunglasses are of a really decent quality for the price point. Feel lightweight and great on. Nicely packaged....like the whole family business thing. I will be buying another pair soon. Well done.

Great customer service
Although I wasn’t happy with the product I ordered the customer service was brilliant in sorting it out for me. The delivery could have been a little quicker perhaps but I’m sure I will shop again with another product at some point. Thanks for a great service.

Hi Miss Jones, thank you for your honest feedback. Sorry to hear the product itself wasn't quite right for you, but really glad our team could sort it out and leave you happy with how it was handled.
Good to know on the delivery too – for reference this landed within our standard 2-4 day window, but if timing's ever tight for a future order, our express option gets things to you even quicker. Really appreciate you saying you'd shop with us again, that means a lot given the product didn't work out this time.
Thanks again for taking the time to leave a review.

1st class communication and customer service
Bought a Night Cat, 2 man tent from Hikeware. After a thorough search online, Hikeware's price for my chosen tent was the best online by far. (£50 cheaper in one instance) Delivery was quick and communication was first class. On receipt of the package I pitched the tent and was delighted with it. I had one question about the tent and Elliot at Hike ware was prompt, thorough and knowledgeable about the product. Really great customer service. I'll be buying more from Hikeware and I'd thoroughly recommend them to anyone looking to buy outdoor gear online. A quality company with great people at the customer end of things. A refreshing change these days. 👌

Hi Scott, thank you for such a brilliant review! Really pleased to hear the Night Cat 2 Man Tent worked out at the best price you found anywhere too – always good to know we're genuinely competitive, not just on paper.
Glad the question got sorted quickly and that the pitching itself lived up to expectations once it arrived. Comments like "a refreshing change these days" mean a huge amount, especially coming from someone who clearly shopped around properly first.
Really looking forward to having you back as a returning customer, and thank you for recommending us on to others.

Elliot at Hikeware responded quickly with invaluable advice before and after my purchase. Although I had a minor issue with the bag he resolved it very quickly and gave me the confidence to use Hikeware again and, indeed, to recommend his services to others.

Very pleased with this company
Very pleased with this company , came promptly , very well packaged , goods were very good quality . I had just been to opticians who said I had damage to my eyes caused by ultraviolet rays , therefore needed sunglasses with polarising and blocking all rays . Got a lovely pair that did both , thanks very much

Thank you so much for sharing this. Really sorry to hear about the news from your optician. So glad the polarised pair has done the job and is giving your eyes the protection they need now. That's exactly the kind of thing we hoped these would help with. Wishing you all the best and plenty of sunny days ahead in them.

Sunglasses delivered today. Feel really good quality. Really light as if you are wearing nothing at all. Legs feel like they won't loosen or slip off. Matte black looks really smart as well. 10/10

Happy Hikeware Customer!
I contacted Hikeware by email with a query about an out of stock item. I needed to know when it would be in stock and whether it could be delivered in time for my holiday.
Elliot responded promptly and was so helpful. He checked dates and said he would put two items aside for me. I was also given a discount code which was much appreciated. The items were received in plenty of time and are just what I needed. I like to Buy British and would definitely recommend this company’s excellent customer relations and prompt delivery.
