I ordered a pair of walking shoes from this outfit then a few days later received an email to say I had cancelled my order and would get a refund which is not correct. Anyway I then tried to call them and the number on the website is not there’s and the guy on the other end of the phone said that this was a shopping centre somewhere down South ?? I then sent them a number of emails to say that I still wanted the shoes and received the same duplicated reply asking me what I wanted to do??
So just gave up in the end and raised a dispute with my credit card company.
UPDATE Just received a full refund from my credit card company

Fantastic service. Great communication.

The website was good and the ordering process was easy. I was happy with the price and quality of the shoes. I would order again from Avery Brighton.

Very good quality and trustworthy

Shoes fit well, comfy and look great. I am slightly wide fitting and these shoes fit well, no pinching. First time I have shopped with Avery and will be doing it again soon.

Easy to order and kept up to date on progress of delivery.

Boots arrived as described they are comfy, good quality and look great Thank you

Brilliant website lots of variety at really good prices ive made a second purchase i was so pleased really good communication which I like so I will definitely be buying o. Avery again thanks

When the shoes arrived, they were amazingly comfortable and like they appeared in the photos. It was a couple of weeks before they arrived but luckily enough I still have enough time to enjoy them in the summer.

My package did not arrive and the staff alerted me and are helping to have it redelivered. Very grateful.

Lots of products, keen to sort out a small issue so stress free

Would give 5 stars but not received my order yet as its on its way. Sorry!!
But customer service keeping me updated is 💯

Website is user friendly. Delivery can take a number of days if using standard option. I ordered sandals in a size 6 (my normal size) but should have gone for 6.5 - toes come over the end. Not the greatest quality and would not be worth the full price.

Great shoes, comfortable and attention grabbing . Much remarked upon! My go to pair this summer!

Great customer service, the clothes are not as luxurious as the website make them look though. I did like some of them, some will be going to charity. I'd say they are overpriced compared to similar items at Temu or Shien.
From order to delivery took about 2 weeks. The clothes are coming from China, not Brighton.
