They do not honor their return policy

They do not honor their return policy. I tried to purchase an item through amazon and was directed to their website for purchase. They shipped me the wrong color vanities ($6000 cost) and now will not provide me with an address to return them. They have offered a small percentage payment but will not honor their return and refund policy . Their reply to me states they offered a refund, but they have refused to provide us or American Express with an address where the return can be shipped to. Their reply to my complaint is completely false and a lie.

We’re sorry to hear that the experience didn’t meet your expectations.

That said, we’d like to clarify a few important points. The vanities you received were correct and free from any defects, and the order was fulfilled in line with your selection and the product details shown on our website.

We also communicated that slight differences between website photos and the physical product can occur due to lighting, screen resolution, and other visual factors—this is a normal and widely understood aspect of online shopping and does not indicate a product issue.

Although there was no issue with the product itself, we still offered a partial refund out of goodwill in hopes of reaching a friendly resolution. You declined. We also agreed to accept a return, but as stated in our policy, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility—which is standard across the industry. Unfortunately, we did not receive a response to our follow-up messages regarding these options.

Instead, a chargeback was filed. We submitted all necessary documentation, and the bank concluded the case in our favor, confirming that the order was properly fulfilled on our end.

Minor issue solved fast

Had a minor issue with the drawer alignment, but customer support was super responsive and walked me through fixing it in minutes. Overall, it's a seriously high-quality and fantastic-looking vanity.

Love the color

The custom bathroom vanity is even more incredible than I had hoped. I love the color grey! Customer service gave me amazing suggestions for picking the right one - so helpful!

Rachel is helpful

The vanity looks gorgeous but there was a tiny crack on the countertop when it arrived. Thankfully, Rachel from customer service sorted it out immediately with a replacement part.

Custom option is great

Completely and utterly obsessed with my custom bathroom vanity! The craftsmanship is impeccable, and the slate countertop feels insanely luxurious. Delivery was perfectly smooth and right on time.

This company is a scam

This company is a scam. Do not purchase anything. No delivered of vanity after more than 3 months. When I finally cancelled my order and disputed the charge with my credit card firm, the next day they were suddenly ready to deliver it only if I reversed the chargeback. TOTAL FRAUD.
