I'm trying to dumb down the AI review of this website with little success. The days of fooling ourselves is over. Anybody that is still getting product from this website is either lying in the review or high mellow itself is generating this nonsense. How long must this madness continue? Much love to Trustpilot for giving me this platform to rant. Kevin King

Like others have mentioned, I never received my order. I placed it on July 3, and while it was marked as "shipped" on July 8, the tracking information was useless. They “claimed” they reached out to their accounting team regarding a refund, but I never heard from accounting. I even offered to accept a replacement order instead, since I had already paid and received nothing in return. Again they “claimed” a replacement was shipped but never received a tracking number, let alone the actual package. If this is how they treat first-time customers, it says everything you need to know about how they run their business. No product, no real response, just a hollow apology and radio silence. If this is their idea of customer service, imagine how badly they handle everything else. Buyer beware. I wouldn’t recommend this business to a goldfish.

Changing my review.. Website is now no where to be found. It’s like they disappeared out of nowhere..

I first thought, mmm kinda sus and sketchy the website. Listen, I cannot recommend any other place, I only buy from them, High Mellow is the best. Kinda upset everything is currently out of stock at the moment. Just waiting on them. Everything that I have ordered has arrived earlier than expected, over 5 stars definitely.

I'm back to change my review of high mellow. They are out of stock at this time because they are changing warehouses. So please be patient. Customer service is top, notch. I've spoken to them four or five times great conversations. I definitely recommend high mellow.Their carts are top tier.

Waited weeks for my order. Still waiting. Finally asked for a refund--twice. No response. Going through the chargeback process now with my credit card company.

If/when I get the refund, I'll change the rating. I understand that hemp products are in serious demand right now with the federal bills and laws in flux, but when a customer asks for a refund, you do it. THAT DAY!

I ordered from this company for the first time on july 4 th. On july 7th i got a notification the order has been shipped but tracking dies on july 8th. I reached out to them last week, almost 2 weeks after tracking dies and they responded very quickly. They "reassured" me there was an issue with the post office tracking and they will get to the bottom of this and if need be, reship or refund me. Yesterday i reached out which was a week after their reassurance and i ask for a reship or a refund and the response died like the tracking. I was looking forward to being a valued customer as the pacmans arent easy to find but i cant afford to give money without a product.

I was super excited to discover this site. Great prices, nifty products, take my money! Unfortunately, that's all about it for this company. Like other ppl, item wasn't in stock, didn't want the substitute....waiting 2 weeks and still no shipment. This place operates like it's run by a bunch of nonfunctional potties...what a shame, I could have been a customer for life, but now I'm looking elsewhere.

I’m not even sure if I’ll even get this order

Didn't have the product.I ordered waited 2 days to tell me this then said it would be in the next day and my order would be shipped. Waited 3 more days still no product. At that time I got a refund.

They processed my last order very quickly and I had it within a few days.

They take long to process orders not enough feed back on ur orders but the product is great

I would give them a 0 if I could. I never received my $111 order from High Mellow. I reached out via chat and give them all my information including the order number. They said they could not find that order number that matched my email address. I have reached out to my bank and made a dispute against them for my money back since I have not received my order and have not gotten anywhere with them. Same old text every time I try to get help. I’m done with this business if you want to call it that. I would think long and hard before I ordered from them.

I was very happy with the speed of delivery

Ordered a product and was told it's out of stock via email and asked if a totally different product would suffice, I said no, and asked if I could just get the berry flavor of the 30 count 15,000mg total and was told yes. I later received confirmation that my order shipped but it said that it was the product that I originally ordered, so I reached out via email to verify what exactly had been shipped. I received a response saying that the product ship was the berry flavor or what I originally ordered which I was satisfied with....
But that's not what I received at all, I received a 20 count 7000mg total. I have been lied to by this company several times now in one order, I have used them for my last 3 orders and I won't be coming back. I do not recommend this vendor to anyone.

Thought it was not a legit site. I was wrong I received my order quickly and the prices are unbeatable.. will be placing another order soon.

Ordered on May 15, 2025. Seven days later received an email indicating that what I ordered was not in stock and suggested an alternative to which I declined. I did not want nor like their suggested replacement, and I asked about other specific alternatives to which they basically responded "we can check on those." Another 7 days go by so I send an email asking for an update. Email is quickly answered notifying me it has been shipped "Great!" I thought. Opened my package and what did I get? Exactly what I didn't want. This tells me stock is thin and limited, and you get what's available whether you want it or not just so they can keep the sale and your $. Like how hard is it to indicate on your site what is out of stock so the customer can choose the alternative?!

This is my experience with High Mellow.
In no way should my experience or opinion of High Mellow be a deciding factor in purchasing and/or using this company and their products.
I have ordered from this company two times. The first time I was refunded my money because the order was never shipped. A shipping label was made and USPS was awaiting item for almost a week.
The second time was here recently. I had placed an order they took my money. This was on a Friday night so I expected it to be Monday before it was processed. On Monday evening when I asked about my order they said that it had been processed and they were going to have it shipped to me and I should receive it no later than Thursday. So they send me an email with the tracking number. One full day goes by and USPS still shows a waiting package. Shipping from Houston Texas and I live in fort Worth Texas. Should only take 1 to 2 days to get to me as soon as USPS has the item and ships it off to reach me. So I contacted the USPS postmaster to see if the tracker maybe had the wrong tracking number.
The next day it showed at 12:22 pm on Thursday, May,15th. Item received. With a delivery date for Saturday the 17th. My local USPS postmaster called me on the 16th. To let me know my package was on it's way and I would have it no later than Wednesday the 21st.
I waited till it showed delivered on Saturday. That night around 9 pm I checked the mail no package, but I had letters. Here it is May 24th a week since the package supposedly was delivered.
My personal opinion is this
I know that there are startup company. I know what it's like to start up a company by yourself or even with one or two people. I know when it starts to get busy for a startup company they do have glitches in both shipping order processing and employee placement. And as a marketing specialist / business owner with a business degree. I think their company does not coordinate with each other correctly efficiently or productively. I do believe however they have more demand and supply. This is my personal opinion and should know where affect your opinion about ordering from this company. It's sometimes happens with even the biggest businesses. And with the laws the way that they are individual counties States cities can have their own laws outside of federal law that prohibit a company such as High Mellow from shipping or selling their products and many various in different ways. I do believe they do need a better structure of their workforce. A day-to-day same day order same day shipped policy. Excluding Sundays. They should give you an option for ground first class second class overnight next day and UPS or FedEx as another option.
