Someone on my team...
Since my job search began last month, I've been inundated with job offerings that were nothing like my preferred positions. It very much seemed that I was just plugged into a search engine and got random answers. Kate Clements with Higher Hire has been the only one that I feel was actually paying attention to what kind of job I was seeking. Plus, she added some useful links in her communications, which I appreciate.

Confusing website, great customer service
Kate Clement is amazing at her job. She sent me curated jobs, based on my preferences, saving so much time.
The posting site was cluttered, hard to navigate (I work in tech), and frustrating.

I have to say, what has made this experience great for me ...... Is KATE. Kate Clements has been so so very helpful and encouraging. She is always makes me feel like I'm the only person she is responsible for finding a job, which I know her plate is much fuller than that. She is always checking in and the jobs she sends always meet my employment needs. So, higher hire has been a wonderful tool for me in my job search because I know that Kate's training aligns with Higher Hire employee expectations. Sends you to spam. Stay away from this site.... non stop spam emails that send you fake job leads, then another, then another, and then another fake job leads that gets you a ton of spam emails.
