Have been using Hideaway for years. Obsessed with the whipped soap which turned into shower mousse. Great scents have tried just about all of the products and never any issues with delivery or product ordered. A true Aussie Gem

Can’t fault the service you receive from Hideaway.
I’ve tried so many different products and fragrances from body sprays to body custards to hair conditioners, so happy with all of them they all smell amazing.

Delicious, yummy fragrances that I just can’t get enough of. My favourite products are the perfumes (so many to choose from), the body mousse/ wash, & the hair care range. Absolutely devine products. The hair care leaves my hair healthy, soft & smelling great.

I had made an order in early March with an expected date of about three days I continuously watched the tracker of when my order was going to be delivered and after three weeks of not hearing anything I decided to contact Hideaway, I was met with such positivity by Amy where she assured me she would look into where my order was and found out that it was lost in transit, she then offered to replace my order or give me a refund for the inconvenience, absolute pleasure to deal with and made my experience that was upsetting into such a good experience, thanks again Amy you are a gem! ❤️

My hideaway parcels always arrived on time

The products smell super cheap, not like quality perfumes. More like cheap candles, especially anything with vanilla. They don't last long either. I'm using mine as bathroom air freshener sprays, would not buy again.

I absolutely love the body cream from Hideaway it is my holy grail for body moisturizer 🥰
I love the fact that the company is an Aussie small business and uses quality ingredients to create their products.

Wow, talk about a brand that does not care at all about customers.

They had a loyalty program called Scent Stars, which I had saved up points from. Turns out they just deleted it without ANY communication, updates, or compensation to anyone who had signed up to that.

Not only that, I've noticed they delete bad reviews from their website. I've left some honest reviews, not nasty, just honest with hopes that they take their reviews as contructive feedback but it turns out they've all been deleted for being less than 3 stars.

Lastly, I've noticed that they have started using AI videos posted to their instagram. It can be easy to scroll past because they post them in between other realistic looking videos, but you can tell by the perfume bottles the girls in the videos are holding that they're clearly not real.

Long story short. This company is dishonest and scammy.

Bought a bundle deal of theirs last year, 9 for $110, great deal right? Wrong. I gave away all the body products to my 6 year old niece as that’s what the quality was giving. Honestly, Palmolive kids 3-1 is a smoother, more luxurious body wash than their excuse of a body wash. I got 3 of their original scents, kiwi berry, strawberry gelato and hubba bubba, all are as exciting as spritzing yourself with dishwater from the local pub. Only good thing is that they last approximately 5 seconds before the scent is completely gone. I’ve left it this long to write a review as fragrances I’ve got from other companies have aged beautifully and matured over time so thought I’d give hideaway the benefit of the doubt and let these 3 sit for a few months. No improvement, no change, still absolutely diabolically bad. The bottles are tacky and the lids somehow seem to have expanded whilst sitting as they no longer stay on the bottles.
Don’t waste your money. Kmart make just as nice scents and body products for a fraction of the cost.
I’ve bought from other dupe companies that I am MUCH happier with and will stick with them.

I have tried a few Hideaway fragrances, but my absolute favourites are Vanilla Delight and Vanilla Caramel. I love the body wash and body custard! I also love the perfumes. Hideaway is really divine. The delivery is really fast, and it is easy to pay via Afterpay.

I ONLY use hideaway. Bodywash, body butter, shampoo and conditioner, body mists and perfume. No other brands in my cabinet. I am always overstocked as the nieces take things when they visit. I always smell fresh, sweet and constantly get compliments. can’t live without Hideaway.

I don’t know why they have low reviews. They’re a super affordable brand and their upgraded ingredients list on their perfumes are better than most dupes and are a quarter of the price. Their recently updated perfume dupes last a good 4-6 hours.

I placed a very large order a few items were missed which Isfine human error it happens I reached out and the mistake was rectified promptly. Fav sent: hubba bubba fav product all of them haven’t found one yet that I don’t love can’t go wrong with a hair mask and perfume.

Hideaway products have always delivered wonderfully and delicate delicious smelling products. Every time I use them and go out I feel so fresh and a lot of people comment and ask how I smell so delicious 😅 I always tell them they are Hideaway products from Australia and to Google the company.

Cheap, nasty, revolting. Do not be fooled - these aren't dupes of anything and the original scents are disgusting.

I’ve been using Hideaway products for years and honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else! My absolute go-to is the Body Custard and Body Oil in Vanilla Caramel — the scent is incredible, like a warm, sweet treat without being overpowering.

Not only do they smell amazing, but they leave my skin feeling so soft, hydrated, and smooth all day. The texture is beautiful and absorbs really nicely without feeling greasy. It’s one of those products that feels like a little everyday luxury.

I always get compliments when I wear it, and I love how long the fragrance lasts. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a gorgeous, high-quality body product — definitely 5 stars from me!

Ive been a lawful customer for years . Until they created a Nz only website I understand the reason on why thus was created but the website just doesnt have as much options as the ozzy site . Plus I loved the oils way back when.there wasnt so much options on everything really . My last delivery was damaged and sent back to hideaway in oz . So when i got on to use the voucher i got emailed to be due to this . Everything had been sold . Just feel sometimes a good thing can go to BIG . And loose all sight of what you should be .

So so so disappointed...I bought the Fairy tears supposedly to smell like the Wonderful Peony... absolutely nothing alike. It smells like cheap, agressive mango dollar store spray. Lucky I got it on sale. Don't waste your money or at least only buy the samples. Very disappointed 😞

I have been a Hideaway girly for years now!
I can't fault their products. They have such great quality compared to other brands and their body oil is my absolute favourite. Nothing leaves your body tacky or oily, it really moisturisers as well as smells divine!
I get so many people complimenting me for how great I smell and its all thanks to Hideaway ✨️
