A very relaxing and efficient service received. All questions and enquiries were answered, nothing was too much trouble, highly recommend.

Mam has got dementia and they were great with her very patient spoke directly to mam unless mam didn't no how to put her thoughts across then I was asked. I had the heading test and the doctor was very helpful and knowledgable. He explained everything fully and answered all questions. I would highly recomend Hidden Hearing .

The test was free quick and easy .and there was nobody pushing the product on you like most places would , just to make money out of you. An honestly professional service offering a very thorough examination, clear explanation and practical advice.
In my own case, my hearing was found to be fine for my age, so the audiologist advised that I did not need any hearing aid.

We were made welcome. The test was explained clearly and in plain English to us.
I was comfortable and was amazed that my hearing was so bad. I was shown the results on the computer. The type of hearing aids were shown to me and fitted. I was amazed at the difference they made.
