One of the coolest and cutest phone cases I have came across ans it is so lightweight with definitely good prices.

I am in the USA and they ripped me off of a Christmas case. Acted all nice when I said I did not get a confirmation email and then NEVER SENT ONE and TOOK MONEY OUT of my bank within less then an hour

I ordered 3 iPhone cases for myself as well as for gifts. Firstly, the initially delivery had 1 item missing. Hicasers claimed that it didn’t reach their warehouse in time and would be shipped separately - they did not inform me of this in advance, I had to discover it was missing myself and report it to them. Secondly, one of the items that arrived was wrong and I asked for a refund - Hicasers said kept asking me to consider a replacement but I didn’t want that. So they said that they would process the refund in 3 days, but no progress/update 6-7 days later, so I had to remind them again. Thirdly, I have yet to receive the missing case that was supposed to come later. While I appreciate that their replies have been faster than expected, the circumstances cause me to be wary that it will drag out into an endless reminder loop with no real concrete resolutions. In terms of the 1 correct case that I did receive, the quality was ok, but not enough to make me a repeat customer.

I ordered a case that was clearly blue. In video, in photos and description it looks blue/green. It arrived mostly pink and I was told this is normal. After several complaints and multiple emails they finally offered to replace it. Now every time i select one i want (blue) they say ‘it is out of stock.’ However, if I go to the website it does not say ‘out of stock’ and i can order it there!?!
Ive told them this 3x with no reply. Most recently I asked for a credit / gift / promo code to replace the case (that arrived pink) so I can order it direct from the website.
No reply. Nothing. Now its Nov 23rd, 2024!? Its been 3 months of their absurd lies and false promises.

I am satisfied with the product but the delivery took a long time.

I loved that i can mix and match to airpods and theyre mag safe, i have an electronic vlog screen which can perfectly fit onto the case! Highly recommend their designs.

I was a bit sceptical about ordering from this site due to the mixed reviews but I had a good experience with my order. Purchased 2 cases and got a free screen protector.

A few hours after I placed my order I received shipping confirmation and I received my order about a week and a half after.

The cases look as described and I’m happy with my purchase. I think the packaging can be improved on as the packaging on everything came squashed but luckily nothing was harmed and the screen protector wasn’t broken.

To clear up confusion as the site doesn’t mention where the company is based. The shipping comes from China, so it may take some time to receive your order.

Order came today but wasn‘t complete. One item is missing. Had to wait long to get my order and honestly I am not happy with the quality - my case is very bulky and not very shiny at all (should be the clue of the case) I will order something else somewhere else. Hopefully the HD Gem Screen Tempered Protector will arrive soon and hopefully it is a better quality than the case!!! Otherwise ist was waste of Money

The protection glass came today and it doesn‘t fit. I have ordered one for iPhone 15 and received maybe one for iPhone 15 max?! It was a terrible experience to buy here! (11/16/24)

Looks just like the pics and it performed extremely well when my phone fell onto the road at speed! Phone was completely untouched thankfully. Will be buying another one soon.

I ordered your case number 9554 Bambi, I truly love the design it’s very elegant and delicate looking and with the background color bronze makes the design jump out it’s unique looking. It has that delicate lace look pattern, at the same time the design of how the case is made is very strong it has a good grip when you hold onto it as well as feeling confident you won’t drop it because it’s not slippery. The case has the buttons well protected as well as the whole frame to your phone.
What impressed me the most about the case is that if I should drop It has a 10 foot drop of protection. I am very happy and delighted with the case. It was worth the wait, it was a long wait but the customer service got back to me immediately with a reply.

Bought from Hicasers a few times before and always loved their products. I ordered some new phone cases again recently. I love the designs! My best friend and I went and picked some together and we are in love with them.

to be honest i really love the product and was a great experience, a little bit delay for the shipment and i do understand. would like to recommend this product to my friends.

I placed the order on October 19th, but it still hasn’t moved. The shipping policy says it starts to be shipped within 2-4 days, but there is still no sign that it’s moving. I tried emailing customer service and haven’t received any response. I wouldn’t recommend it if you need a case right away. What’s more sketchy is that the website doesn’t even tell you where it is coming from to estimate how long it will take.

UPDATE: Just received my order on November 6th. Customer Service did respond to me on the 27th of October, just 4 days after I sent the first email. The main issue that I only have is that it took too long for the item to be shipped, especially when it’s being shipped in the same state (California). Regarding the cases, they are very aesthetically pleasing, which is the main reason why I wanted to order them almost instantly. It’s a little slippery on the sides so you have a good grip. Hopefully, the quality will compensate for the wait.

Says it’s been delivered but I haven’t received anything. They said they will “look into it” but no other update. Ughhhhh what a scam. I order cases all the time and this is the first company that has done this to me. I would love a refund.

Amazing customer service, fast shipping, such cute packaging! And the products were amazing. Got three phone cases and love them ! So cute and actually protect my phone. I’m in love with these cases and love this brand.
