A wonderful foundation, great customer service!
I ordered 3 liquid timers and an Autism Awareness wrist band through Special Stars Foundation. I emailed them and asked for the liquid timers to be different colours.
The products arrived safely and the liquid timers were different colours, as requested!
I love them. ❤
I would definitely order from special stars foundation again!

SENSORY CUDDLE BALL
Purchased a 'Sensory Cuddle Ball' as a Christmas present for a family member with ASD. They love it so much, they've hardly put it down in the last month. Really soft and great that they can slide their arm through to carry it around. I might get one for myself! 😂 FANTASTIC ITEM. Many thanks Special Stars Foundation - exactly as described and pictured, quick dispatch and well packaged.

pinocchio was fantastic!
We had the best time at pinocchio at Hull truck theatre today thanks to special stars foundation and the funding they've received.
We wouldn't have been able to afford to take the children there had it not been for special stars, we all loved it. Thank you!

Fabulous service
I ordered online recently and my order was delivered so quickly, especially considering it was so near to Christmas. Very pleased with the service and would not hesitate to order again from them. I had not heard of the charity before but will follow them on social media now.

Amazing customer service
An item was missing from my order and these guys were super swift in rectifying it and I received my item the very next day. Really pleased with the customer service and glad I’m able to support the charity.

It came in a reasonable time
It came in a reasonable time. I expected those cards to be a bit better quality than just a piece of paper. I’m not happy that I paid for a lanyard with ID card and only received lanyard. Essentially losing £1, which for some isn’t much but can’t say that myself.

I was worried items wouldn’t arrive on…
I was worried items wouldn’t arrive on time for my sons birthday and they arrived on the actual day so he was very happy he got a parcel delivered thank you 😊
