This product has honestly changed my life. 20 years of Endo and fertility treatment (and the associated meds that go with it) I had an early Hystorectomy and double oophorectomy, effectively putting me straight into early menopause. As a 56 year old menopausal woman I have suffered ( not in silence) for four years. I sleep terribly and had hot flushes at night for years. When my daughter would lose 2-3 days each month, due to chronic pain, and emotional distress we were willing to try anything. Amazing customer service, amazing products

I brought them for my 13 yr old, who got very angry and had alot of cramps the first few days of her cycle. We tried them the day she got them and for the few days, and she was very happy not to feel as uncomfortable but mostly she said I was so angry with everything.
Worked great so far.

I decided to try Hey Sister! because an influencer I follow raved about it, I was pretty sceptical but omg it was great. My cramps and bloating diminished, and I felt a major difference in my mood swings. Now that i've tried it, I don't think I can ever go back! xx

I had been taking this product inconsistently for a while but once I finally took 1 a day for the week before my period and then 2 a day during my period, I really noticed a huge reduction in discomfort and pain from cramps. The only downside is the tablet starts to disintegrate soon after contact with liquid so if you don't swallow it quickly you can start to taste the bitterness which then makes it more difficult to swallow. For this reason, I avoid taking it with any hot liquids like tea. I always appreciate the extra and free gifts of cramp relieving tea and heating pad that came with my orders.
