On January 30, 2024 I placed an order on your site with order number #7353. Unfortunately I never received anything. Now I can imagine that shipping to the Netherlands takes longer, but 2 months is a very long time. In addition, it is still set to "processing".

I placed the same order on January 29, but the purchase did not go through due to an error in the payment process.

The strange thing is that both transactions have been paid.

I have tried to contact you several times via the site. Unfortunately never received a response. Maybe this way.

Colours & Patterns are bright and fun and from a comfort/feel perspective they feel great and are by far my favoriute pair of socks that I own. Highly recommend!

As ever, top stuff from Hexxee, i use their Performance Enhancing grip socks for running, specifically Marathon training. They need to be incredibly comfy and hard wearing for very long runs and they tick both boxes big style, my first 2 pairs lasted for 2 years, approx 2.5k kms. I have other "normal" pairs which also last for ever and also look great, so good in fact my son ( a youth ) now swears by them as well. If they did a super thermal pair i honestly wouldn't wear any other brand.
Also, a doff of the cap to Hannah on the e-mails who sorts stuff fuss-free when i do daft things like use the wrong delivery address.
Top notch all round.

As previous reviewer states - I too must have ticked the box for free delivery. I get the response mentioned by HEXXEE that it says 15 days trial then a subscription offered. I did pay 4 months subscriptions before i realised that FShipp had taken money as emails went to my spam. Complained to FShipp who refunded immediately. Note to self…. Read t’&c’s.

Absolutely love these socks. Placed 3 orders so be warned they are addictive!! So funky, great colours and designs. The material is great, very comfortable. Also get dispatched promptly and packaged well.

I have ordered socks twice and although they are probably the best socks I have for colour, funkiness and comfort I have been scammed by FSSHIP who have taken 29.99 out of my bank and set up a recurring subscription. I did NOT sign up for this and have twice had my bank acc frozen and had to report it as fraud. Very reluctant to order from Hexxee again!

Nice Socks und very comfy.
But the socks are made of a white fabric that is only dyed on the outside. So the Colors look pretty pale, when the the Socks are put on your feet.

Commande passée le 29/01, au 22/02 toujours pas reçu et aucune réponse du service client après 5 relances.
C’est une catastrophe pour le prix des produits et le coût de la livraison. Je ne recommande pas !

Précisions suite à la réponse de HEXXEE : je vous ai écrit à l’adresse indiquée (toujours pas de réponse) ainsi que sur Instagram. Je vous fais remarquer que vous avez 3 adresses mail différentes dont celle de l’adresse client sur votre site est bonjour@hexxee et non pas hello@hexxee.
