The delivery was delayed due to logistical issues. Hexo Care promised a new delivery at no cost and a 20% discount on future orders. However, the first delivery still arrived. Hexo Care is trying to intercept the new delivery. If that doesn't work, I can still keep the product. What great support!

Retourneren wordt onmogelijk gemaakt door onwettelijke praktijk
Ik wou bij Hexocare een erg twijfelachtig hoorapparaat van 130 euro retourneren, waarbij - zoals bepaald in hun algemene voorwaarden - de retourkosten voor mijn rekening zijn. Daar kon ik mee leven omdat ze op hun website uitdrukkelijk een volledige terugbetaling beloven. Maar nadat ik de retour had aangemeld meldt Hexocare ineens dat het retouradres zich in Shenzhen (China) bevindt en de verzendingskosten (koerier, verzekering, douane…) hoger zijn dan de waarde van het pakje.
Opmerking: een retouradres buiten de EU is niet per definitie onwettelijk. Maar zulks dient wel uitdrukkelijk vooraf vermeld in de algemene voorwaarden en dat is bij Hexocare hoegenaamd niet het geval.
Bij wijze van 'compromis' stelt Hexocare vervolgens voor dat ik het hoorapparaat mag houden en dat ze me 20 % van het aankoopbedrag zullen terugbetalen. Na protest wordt dit verhoogd tot 30 %.
In de reviews over Hexocare op trustpilot, is dit een zeer vaak weerkerend verhaal. Blijkbaar is een niet vooraf aangekondigd Chinees retouradres hun (illegale!) standaardtechniek om het retourneren zo moeilijk mogelijk te maken. Na nieuw protest mijnentwege (waarbij ik verwees naar Belgische en EU wetgeving) krijg ik uiteindelijk een EU retouradres, met name in Denemarken. 19 dagen na het aanmelden van de retour, staat het volledige bedrag op mijn bankrekening. 34 euro voor de verzending naar Denemarken blijft uiteraard op mijn kosten.

Scam company that intentionally deceives its customers. I purchased three pairs of “orthopedic” open-toe sandals from HexoCare on September 11, 2025, relying on the merchant’s photos and numerous “glowing” reviews on their website, touting firm arch support. During checkout of the first pair of shoes, which were $49.99, I accepted an upsell prompt of a discount of a 2nd pair, which made the 2nd pair $45.00. I then received an upsell prompt for an even bigger discount for a 3rd pair, which made the cost of those $35.00. The three pairs of shoes combined cost $139.99. Because I work from home, do not allow outdoor shoes in my house, and exclusively wear supportive sandals indoors due to a hip replacement and a bad knee, these sounded like a good purchase.
The order arrived on September 20, 2025 in a thin paper mailer. Each pair was crammed into plastic without a shoe box or any protective support.
All pairs emitted a strong chemical/gasoline-like odor; I could not bring them into my house and had to store them in the garage.
The sandals looked nothing like the website photos. The “white” pairs were a pinkish tone with a yellow ribbon.
Construction/materials were flimsy textile (cotton-like), not the firm supportive materials depicted in their photos.
Critically, there was no arch support, contrary to the advertising and reviews that drove my purchase decision.
I immediately emailed the merchant the day I received the package to request a return of the shoes so that I could get a full refund based on misrepresentation. I received no response. I have contacted my credit card company based on Hexocare's fraud.
Dishonest, Disreputable Company
What a shame I didn't carry out due diligence before ordering the women's orthopedic sandals; I could have saved myself a lot of time and money! I had no idea that they would send such a cheap and shoddy pair of sandals from China which, apart from the style, bore no resemblance to the photo on the website. After my e-mails, I was offered 20% refund and then 30% if I did not want to pay for their return. Despite including screenshots of lots of disguntled customer reviews, they would not admit to false advertising and would not increase the refund amount.
Hexocare is a shoddy, dishonest company which rips customers off.

Spullen worden vanuit China verzonden. De HexoFoot™ Dorsale Nachtspalk is bovendien waardeloos. Er komt onvoldoende spanning op de peesplaat, waardoor het ding helemaal niets doet. Weggegooid geld.

Heb bijna 3 maanden gewacht op de pantoffels. Na een lange levertijd (china?) Is het de koerier afgelopen 2 maanden niet gelukt om een pakket bij ons thuis af te leveren (pakket is kwijt). Ik ben er klaar mee en heb gelukkig mijn geld van hexocare terug gekregen.

I received a prompt and professional response to my inquiry from Mikkel Jensen. We found a solution to the return that seemed to be the best compromise overall. I was very happy with the service and will shop at hexocare again in the future if needed, for the customer service alone.

I love my new shoe inserts
I love my new shoe inserts. I now how a good arch support and my knee isn't hurting as much. They are squishy on the toe area but harder on the arch. They fit easily into my shoes. The shipping took a week or so but wasn't terrible. I would definitely buy again.
Avoid Hexocare's Cheap Rip-off Junk
I ordered some orthopedic sandals that advertised proper support and good quality for $49 US. The pictures showed a snug fit with support. The sandals arrived and were of extremely low quality. They were flimsy and offered no support. The straps were too big with no way to adjust. I have a normal size 7 US woman's foot. The sandals arrived in a plastic mailer with no paperwork. Just sandals in a plastic bag. There was no packing slip, no return address, no information on returns, nothing. They appeared to be drop-shipped from a Chinese factory, definitely not quality Danish items as implied. I reached out to Hexocare on line with my concerns and they told me that return shipping would not be worth it and offered me a refund of $10 US. They told me I could keep the sandals (I don't have any use for them). They never gave me their address so that I could make my own decision about returning. These sandals are worse than the cheap sandals you pick up at the drug store. The customer support is lacking. Don't get caught up with this company,
