My fish eat them eagerly and look healthy and energetic. Plus, the prices are lower than those of other companies. I highly recommend them. Brilliant customer service when an order I'd placed didn't arrive and had disappeared from tracking. When I contacted them they immediately sent a replacement by express delivery. No quibble. I’ve been an online customer for more than two years. My fish have grown in size are healthy and active and friends have remarked how bright their colours are. I’ve also noticed my pond stays clean and clear. I only need to hose through the filter due to pond plant residue getting sucked in. Herons website explicitly explains orders under £40 sent Royal Mail 24/48 - 3 days later nothing only an email from EVRI who I detest saying sorry parcel delayed so HERONS are using false delivery information on the website - when I contacted them I was met with a patronising answer! Won’t be using them again.

Have shopped here for some time now but recently the quality has gone downhill rapidly. Ordered koi colour sticks that were much paler than normal and smelled awful. The time before that my box arrived damaged, but after sending a picture they were uninterested. Will take my custom elsewhere, not willing to risk my fish.

The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. Very quick delivery also. I would definitely recommend this company.
