Very helpful with the trade copier and works across so many platforms has been a life saver!

The Heron Copier is a great tool.

There is no doubt about that. If I would have any issue, it would be with the set up documentation. I think that is lacking. However, the support from Agast is probably the best I have ever received. I was able to accomplish everything I ever wanted to do with a trade copier (and my requirements are extensive).

Heron Copier can do anything you need it to do, and with the help of Agast, I was able to achieve this.

One final comment. If it wasn't for Agast's comprehensive / detailed support, I would have requested a refund, but that is simply down to the lack of set up instructions. I should really have given a 4 star review, but Agast made all the difference and pushed it to a 5 star.

Heron, you have a real gem with Agast. I hope you realize this!

Only available for windows and they REFUSE TO give me a refund, even though I ONLY have apple devices, terrible company…UPDATE (they replied to my comment)

First off, the first thing I tried to do was contact you guys for a refund and guess what I got… “no we don’t do refunds” so I go take a look at the FAQ, there I also see “NO REFUNDS”… I wonder why not a single customer is available for a refund ? Obviously I’m going to dispute my charge 40 minutes after the purchase if I’m told I can’t get a refund after making a simple mistake.. I like how y’all tried to make me look bad though, like I wouldn’t update my review lmaoo.. nice try but once again a terrible company, I wish I could upload pictures/ screenshots

The copier functions exactly as advertised. Although I had a few difficulties setting it up with cTrader, support was awesome: not only did Agastya respond swiftly to my request, he even gave me 30-minutes remote support - and that on a Sunday!! Truly outstanding

I used the Heron copier around 7 months ago, it worked well, due to my own circumstances I stopped using it.

Now I’m back using it and my goodness me, it’s amazing. A lot of work has obviously been going on. Absolutely love the dashboard that allows me to view the status of my accounts without logging into my VPS.

Setting up the EA’s was super easy with the installer app. I had a small issue were by it showed me an invalid licence but it super easy to sort without the need to put a support ticket in. The discord has a bank of prior support tickets, so I was able to simple look at those to sort it out.

So far it hasn’t missed a beat entering and copying to the slave accounts, that’s both from VPS and entering from my phone. Modifying TP’s and SL’s works perfect too.

Only thing I could possibly wish for with it maybe would be the ability to mange trades from the dashboard but not really needed.

After trying different copiers, Heron is the most stable I came across. The price is very good as well and even more importantly, the support is super fast and effective.

Heron Copier is a great tool for multi-platform trade copying. Pricing is a massive plus. Customer support is second to none. Highly recommended!

Copier failed to copy trade from mt5 to ctrader

I've been using it for almost a month now and the execution is super fast, the support is great & pricing is fair.

I can only recommend the copier!

With all the recent upheavals in the prop firm space involving Metaquotes, many of us have had to make a sudden transition to previously unexplored and unfamiliar platforms. The prop firm I use offered cTrader and, I have to admit I'm pleasantly surprised with it. I've found it to be a very accomplished trading environment compared against MT4/MT5. Of course there is a learning curve but it doesn't take more than a day or two to conquer the basics.

So the problem remaining is, what happens to all those metatrader-based strategies you've been developing and testing for ages, and hopefully running profitably? I have long used the FXBlue Personal Trade Copier to replicate trades between MT4 and MT5 accounts and it is excellent. It's also free!

There happens to be a free product available to copy between Metatrader and cTrader - it's called cMAM. Unfortunately, the setup instructions fried my simple brain and I gave up. Perhaps you have a more logical mindset and will succeed where I failed.

That's when I started looking at the paid solutions and settled on Heron. I've only used it for two days, so will update this review if my experience changes but, so far, my impression is: 1. really simple to set up; 2. fast execution; 3. one of the more affordable copiers.
