I called to ask abput pricing and a man named luis answered. I told him who i was and ivwas retuning a missed call. He said No! I am returning a missed call. I begam to speak and he repeated himself another few times. Not evem allowing me to speak. Saying the same thing over again and not letting me speak. Im quiet and kind on the phone. I am disabled Veteran with brain damage. Luis provided to worste customrr service i have recoved since i left san antonio 6 yrs ago. I cannot speak to their work. I sar a few reviews saying they are good. After my expirience though i am under the impression these reviews arent accurate. Terrible customer service and im in my 30s i cant imagine calling and having to deal with that teenage type of attidude when im older. Not worth it.

The entire crew that worked on replacing my roof was amazing. Roof has needed to be replace for few years, I knew it was in bad shape and would need a lot of wood replaced when they tore shingles off, but I kept putting it off because price with all the roofing companies. Then got a price from Anthony at Hernandez Roofing and they was cheaper than anyone else including all the wood they replaced. When they finished my new roof it looks amazing , and has been a few storms since they finished and not a drop of water anywhere in my house. Bottom line is if you need a roof repaired or replaced call Hernandez Roofing and they will take care of it.
