The Murfreesboro branch is easy to get to, and the staff is friendly. The have helped me every time I needed it. I don't have to talk to computer screens in the branch. This is the way banking was supposed to be! Much better than the other banks and credit unions around.

They treat me like family. They give me a great rate. They are always more than willing to answer any questions I have.

They are always helpful a d very nice. I don’t have any problems with my banking account. I like how easy it is to transfer funds to different accounts. It is a great bank.

Excellent communication and customer service

It really should be a five star. The only thing I would be nitpicky about is the location is super inconvenient and I can only barely make it out there one time a week. We need a location on the Old Fort Parkway, Franklin Road side of town ASAP.

I love Heritage South! They made it easy to refinance my auto loan, saving me money every month. They also helped me with refinancing my mortgage. It was a bit of a unique situation, but they worked with me to get it right. I also love that they have real people working in their branches and I don’t have to talk to machines.
