I eventually received my purchase only after emailing them after a week and then being told that it was delivered to the wrong address!!!! And that they would send me another one which they did.

AnPost left a note for me to collect it at the Hub
I am not happy, I paid 5€ for a delivery from Little Island to Ballintemple.
They said they'll do a reship this week, but their service is terrible.
I was in, working from home and could not believe it when I saw the note

Lots of diverse products and very friendly staff
I absolutely love the shop. The staff was great on the phone helping me out with info product, and ready to place an order so i can get them on following working day. I’ve been in the shop before and the staff is excellent. Always great sales, and very diverse in health care products.

Bought item which said in stock on the Web site then I gets an email to tell me its out of stock so took money from me knowing it was out of stock

No any feedback, no purchase!
One month ago I ordered and paid through Pay Pal for two jars of NT Comlex - 104 EUROS.
Since than I didn't receive any e-mail despite the site promises. Two times I sent them the request for situation clarifying and got nothing. Of course I didn't receive my purchase.
Tomorrow I'll open the money refund issue in Pay Pal.
It's the first time in my practice that any company simply is stealing my money.
