I ordered two pairs of 34" men's pants, one black and one blue. Blue is mismarked Says 34 but not (prob. 32 or 30.) Many emails trying to get someone to understand English! When finally, they understand English was when they want me to pay to get another pair. They conveniently don't understand, and don't care, and there is no other way to contact anyone else than one "customer service" email. I would have bought more items, but no service for an existing customer just lost me. Bad, bad, business!

Don't go anywhere near this company. It's products bear no resemblance to what they advertise. They won't refund your purchase. Don't trust them.

They sent me the wrong size bra: I ordered a 3X and they sent me a 2x. I sent pics of the bra tag that proves they sent the wrong size. The 2x is supposed to be 40inches, but the bra they sent me was only 29 inches long! I sent a picture of the bra next to a measuring tape for proof, yet they still won't refund me AND they told me it's MY fault I don't know their sizes. I have asked for a refund 15 times so far, and they keep offering me a voucher for their store of $6 when I paid $17, AND they want me to mail the bra back, AND I pay for return shipping, which is $33. Worst customer service I have ever experienced!! I even copied, pasted and sent screenshots of Heregobuy's refund policy to show that since it was their error they owe the customer a full refund per their policy. They still will not refund me! ***Update 4/24/22: after 42 emails exchanged between heregobuy and myself, I finally received a FULL refund! Ridiculous that it took 21 emails from me asking for them to follow their company policies.
P.S. China's bra size 2X is the equivalent to a Small in U.S. bra size.

This company keeps changing its name. This company is a fraud. BEWARE!

Ordered 5xl bra, they sent 3xl - expected me to pay return interantional shipping (at cost of over $A21) if I wanted a refund, told them it was their mistake they should cover return post. Then offered a $10 store credit told they why would I want to waste my time buying off them, so offered a $7 refund - total waste of time & money

I bought two bra's size 40D is way too small. I am trying to get a refund.

So I bought a 38 and it's so small they will not refund unless you pay shipping back to china what a scam iv told myself to quit buying of of Facebook iv finally learned my lesson what a scam

Bras my girlfriend ordered were way smaller than the tagged size, offered me a 10 dollar credit..won't accept a return for refund...total scam this place...
