Shipping takes forever. Quality of shirts is terrible and they don't look like the pictures on the shop site. Also, the sizes are way off.
I could have sent the items back to China, but at a very high price, of course. In the end, I accepted a refund of a very low percentage of the buying price.
Clearly, this is a scam!

I recently ordered a linen shirt from Henri Clarke and was extremely disappointed with the purchase. The shirt was very poor quality, and it appears the item was dropshipped directly from China. When I tried to get a refund, customer service was unresponsive and unhelpful, taking weeks to answer my complaints. No refunds.

Avoid this brand. Ordered the linen shirt and once it arrived, it didn't match the photo, absolute rubbish quality and the size is incorrect.

When I tried to get a refund they offer 15-25% and a voucher, not a full refund. Now they are just not responding.

Everything listed on Trustpilot here is true.

Wish I could give them zero stars. This site is a scam.

Order two items XL, they sent me, after chasing two items that certainly were not XL, more like S, M at a push. No labels in the items so I could not verify. Wrote to them and eventually got a response stating I could have a credit for use in the online store, return the goods but pay postage, keep my current goods and pay postage for new items...Why would I pay for something that is not my fault in the first place. Gone back a mailed them to point this out but no response. In simple terms fraud and theft.

Product quality is complete trash like from a Chinese street market (which is where it likely comes from). Sizes are not even close to European sizes. Hoping the return process works or else that‘s 100€ down the drain. AVOID!!!

After purchase the items took several weeks to ship, before they were shipped I tried to cancel, which is stated on their site would result in full refund. Conveniently I did not receive a response for 6 more days, right after the item shipped. Took a other 2 weeks to receive the items which do not match the description. Seller said I can return for refund but will need to pay shipping. As this is clearly direct from China shipping costs will be high and there probably won't be a refund.

Linen shirts are actually polyester. Refund policy consists of paying for return shipping. Do not buy from this seller. The listen clearly states or shows tags that says "linen" in multiple places. This is blatant fraud.

Sizing completely off (men's XL fits like women's M), quality is absolutely terrible and nothing like the photos, and they are not honouring their own return policy. On their website it states you can get a full refund but have to pay shipping. The third time I requested a refund and the return address, they offered me a 15% refund and to keep the items. Ridiculous.

As seen on Facebook. DO NOT BUY. Wrong size, wrong colour, size label cut out and poor quality shirt worth pennies, not the price charged. Offered 15% refund if returned at the buyers postage expense.

Ce sont des articles fabriqués en Chine. Très mauvaise qualité!!! La taille ne correspondait pas du tout, Pas d'explication des matières sur l'étiquette, pas de tag! Emballage en plastique très cheap. J'ai demandé un remboursement mais je n'ai jamais reçu une réponse. C'est incroyable! IL FAUT EVITER!!!

Selling poor quality goods and refusing refunds - Chinese company posing as something else. Tags cut out, poor quality, wrong size sent and only offering store credit or same rubbish to be sent out for an additional £10. When pressed further offered a 15% refund ‘because it’s more than you’ll get otherwise’.

l almost bought from this site, but then saw the experiences of others and decided not to. Prices seem too good to be true, no details of where the company is based and just an email address for contacting them. As a result, I would definitely recommend to avoid this site.

Wrong size,
Delivery took way longer than expected.
Quality sucks

They repeat the same answer for my order that I haven't received yet. Don't trust them.

Ordered and paid for three shirts.
Never received them - received a mouse mat instead.
No answer to my mails.
Total scam.

I can only repeat the reviews of others. Total scam, item arrived very late, wrong size and no label in it. I've asked them to replace the item but they have gone into radio silence. Avoid at all costs.

What a scam !! Item arrived with no labels and no documentation as to how to return the item or where to.
The item smells really’old’ and the sizing is very poor. Shoddy quality and not fit for purpose.
