Quality Product
I bought a hanger for ties in the black obsidian colour. It is my second time buying this product because the first one was really nice. Quality product. Well crafted and made of nice materials. If you appreciate finely crafted things then you will like these. Nicely packaged too so no chance of any damage in transit and arrived promptly. You are paying for quality and getting quality. Highly recommend.

Beautifully designed and sturdy
Beautifully designed and sturdy. Coat shoulders now sit well on these hangers and no longer have the crushed look. Henkerman hangers are so classy and have added elegance to my humble wardrobe.

Very good product
Very good product,
Only issue I had was 2/10 were damaged. 1 needed glue and the other hanger metal top was bent. Other than that the product itself and remaining 8 are great.

Please rest assured that we do not expect our customers to repair any damages themselves. Instead, we encourage you to email us a picture of the damaged items within 30 days of purchase. We will assess the situation and replace any hangers damaged due to manufacturing or shipping faults at no charge.
While damage during shipping is rare due to our triple packaging and rigorous quality control, we understand that accidents can happen. Your satisfaction is crucial to us, so if you still need, please get in touch at your earliest convenience.

I had a small issue with the colour on…
I had a small issue with the colour on some hangers. Henkerman replaced them and reimbursed the freight cost within an hour of me emailing the receipt. Good product and good service.

If you like a little luxury in your wardrobe, this is it!
We absolutely love our hangers. The process was easy from start to finish. We did encounter a slight hiccup with shipping but the manager was all over it + communicated regularly.
