I received all my orders ( Butter mug and hoodies) within the time frame mentioned. They were well made ( design and print ). The hoodie material was good, not flimsy. Ordering is very easy and they send updates which for me says a lot about their customer service.

Perfect. Just perfect!

I received my the Stay Gold watch order on time, and it came with a wonderful and unexpected gift... a BTS desk calendar! Thank you. :)
I was also surprised to find BTS engraved at the back of the watch dial and on the strap.

The product came exactly from image I saw, no faulty with the product and was very happy with it. The delivery was a little late due to COVID.

Thank U, U are doing great!

I bought the Life Goes On hoodie and I absolutely love it! I get compliments every time I wear it.
It is a thinner hoodie great for fall and spring weather.

I just received my BTS Stay Gold watch. A bit of a wait because it had to come half across the world but all worth it.
Can’t be happier with the watch and the service of Hello South Korea. Will definitely order from them again 😍

This is my second time ordering from them and I cannot recommend this Company enough. I am well pleased with my hoodie and the fast delivery.

They offer a great, nice, fast & very responsive customer service. I bought the "stay gold" watch and I am pleased with it. I contacted them about shipping services and they dealt with my resquest very professionally and offered to deal with customs fees if there were any.
Overall, great experience and unique products!

The watch arrived in good time
I like it a lot.
When I found the watch on your site.
There where a pare of ear rings displayed with the watch.
I automatically thought that the earrings where part of the package.
Disappointed the where not.
