Hello Peter is posting fake reviews and buying reviews from the public and we have evidence to show this, also,Google indexing should remove Hello Peter from it's platform as it negatively affects real Google reviews.

I have to rate it as a 1, I recently did a very honest review of my experience with a company. I was objective indicating what they did well but I also highlighted the challenges I experienced. The company did phone me about the view but it has since been deleted from Hellopeter. I have to believe that big companies pay for reviews to be deleted. If anyone wants objective reviews, do not completely trust this site.

The cashier Khanyo was really friendly and I felt welcomed. The restaurant Pedros in Gateway was too busy on that day but she offered me what she suggested: a full paellar which was very nice. I really appreciate your kindness and accountability Khanyo.

I bought mahindra kuv 100 2022. I was a new car. It has been giving problems from the beginning. Yesterday 02 September 2024 I took it for 2nd service and service was bad. I was not informed about what they are going to do in car until 16h00. I went there and I was told the phone were not working. I was the only customer who was not called because I requested to be dropped off when I was there in the morning. It was the first time last time they told me that they don't have drop off service until a white colleague of mine confirmed that he is being dropped every time he took the car for service. They were angry when I demanded to be dropped off. I think mahindra Hatfield is for their friends not for everyone.

Despite having had a horrid experience with a company in South Africa and having evidence of said experience, HelloPeter buckled to pressure from that company to have a legitimate review removed. The company in question had no reviews on HelloPeter save for my negative review from some years back. Instead of remedy the situation, the company in question instead leveraged HelloPeter to scrub the record.

They support falsified reviews from random people and blackmail businesses to join their platform in order to respond to those reviews. We sent them evidence that the review was false but they just said we are not an ombudsman. But they still leave the review there despite having the evidence.

I have still not received payment that Snatcher owed me even though they “humbly apologised” on Hellopeter for the delay. It was for a headboard that was paid for but never delivered as the colour I asked for was no longer available. Thank you Mattie Spring

Just check your reviewers' authenticity before they post false reviews on our business for no reason.

Hellopeter is a South African review platform. It panders to perpetrators of unscrupulous business practices. Do not trust their reviews, they only verify the reviewee not the reviewer.

CLEARANCE GIFTS (BRAND PROMO) is a company that sells promotional gifts. We paid R10 000 in advance for branded Golf Shirts and to date have not received them and cannot be given a delivery date. I'm very much disappointed with service I received from an agent and stipulated agency standards at Property24. I enquired about a rental property advertised by an agent at Property24. I was given all the requirements and I responded. Upon my response I was blueticked by the agent and when I further asked if they could assist me, I was told "LEGALLY WE ONLY ASSIST SOUTH AFRICAN CITIZENS". There is NOWHERE on the advertised apartment listing or Property24 was it specified that foreign nationals aren't welcome to rent or buy property from the company. After 14 years of being a tax paying legal foreigner this is Xenophobic treatment Property24 teaches their agents. I'm disgusted.

I recently booked for a holiday in Durban for October with Agoda.com on my cellphone App and everything went smooth, received a payment and booking confirmation to my email but 2 days later I received a booking cancelation to my email stating that the booking have been canceled and the refund to my credit card is zero after paying them R5200.00 and I sent an email asking them who canceled my bookings because I did not authorise for this and they came back saying it was done from my side then I told them that I am confused by their findings despite my repeated communication that I did not cancel this booking in question, I am still encountering difficulties in finding a solution and kindly request for a clear guidance on the next steps to resolve this matter promptly and they I have not received a response to date from them. this was on the 3rd of July 2024. not happy at all with these people they are scammers.

Cartrack
I had a car fitted with a cartrack device and sold the car two years ago. I was advised to send an email to Cartrack to inform them which I did but they keep deducting from my account even when I refer them to the dealership which had the car. They promise to blacklist me if I dont pay. Why am I paying for a service I terminated with them.? Please advice what to do.

Sky Trampolines and Swimmimg Pools SA,is a company based in "Durban" so they say,they give an address near Durban High.
They sell Trampolines and intex swimming pools,they say once you make a payment they will come the next day to fit and install.
Well once you pay they are gone.
No calls answered,no messages answered nothing.On their Facebook Page there is a few people who they scammed aswell.
Beware these people are scammers.

DOTSURE providing poor services and inconsistent messages regarding my Ford focus that was bumped from the back by another car. They took the car to the panel beater for repairs and confirmed that DOTSURE has approved the parts to repair the car. A day later when we followed up they said they are now righting the car off. We were never consulted about the change in their decision. We told them that we do not agree with their plans to right the car off and asked them to give us the money they initially approved to repair the car and we will proceed and fix the car ourselves. They refused and they are not cooperating.

AVG AntiVirus is bulling me on MY Laptop & I'm SICK & TIRED!!!!CAN SOMEONE TELL THIS COMPANY GET OUT OF LAPTOP!!! Somebody was transfering money to my Husband and just mistakenly put in 1 number wrongly so money went to the wrong person, instead of CAPITEC to assist us they told us the person that received the money must agree first so they can reverse the money, I am so disappointed with CAPITEC because it seems like they do not have help when it comes to customers, I mean it was a mistake and we had a proof of that, I mean what must a person agree to? this is rediculous my kids does not have winter clothes because of this I am so stressed somebody enjoys money that He never worked for and don't know where it comes from.
