This is my delayed review for Dr Pamela Hadfield and her amazing service. Dr Hadfield was nice, knowledgeable and very caring for patient in a personal way. I made a mistake telling her I wanted my recommendation for only 6 months and contacted HelloMD and request a change to 1 yr. Dr Hadfield updated my recommendation promptly within the hour. She also went above and beyond to send me healthful tips related to my issues. In brief, if your sick and in pain and needed a caring Dr to diagnose you, Dr Hadfield from HelloMD is defintely the one to go to.

Everyone I spoke to was super friendly and informative. Quick and easy application with fast approval.

My only problem with it was that I am not very computer savy and it required me to do some computer stuff that I had difficulty understanding. Once in the interview though, I was very happy with Dr. Richard Kim. He answered all my questions and was very helpful!

Have had rheumatoid arthritis for 3.5 yrs & wanted to check out the benefits of medical marijuana. HelloMD was recommended, and the people there couldn't have been nicer. The techs helped me get the video conferencing set up (took forever on my tablet), and guided me through the whole experience. Dr. Richard Kim discussed all the different options available and how each one might be beneficial in its own way - answered all my questions thoroughly and knowledgeably.
