Super fast amazing customer service. Device dies too quick. So still having issues with the device.

I did not knowingly or willingly sign up for drop shipments of your product, I’m a 70 year old man, not that frisky, just wanted something for when I was actually in the mood. The first time I purchased a single small canister of solo lotion it lasted me over a year. I want to be taken off auto ship. I like your product but when and if I need more( now that I have a half dozen products 😳🙄, I’ll surely call and order more when I need it, maybe in 3 years. Please take me off auto ship, I’ve unopened boxes if this stuff and I’m not getting younger, catch my drift? Please confirm that you will close my auto ship account. It’s a great product but at my age just thinking about self pleasure is enough with the hopes that maybe once a month it might happen. I’m not 23 any more😬😟.

I have an older version of the one I recently got. This one has barely any power behind it and feels like a feather to me.

First one broke. In talking to customer service I received a new one but told if this one broke I was out of luck. If the product breaks bc its faulty I can not receive another.. the first one broke after first use..m

I bought a little sucker from Walgreens thinking I would get the amazing little gadget that I got a few yrs back and it was awful. Then I message them and tell them id like the original or my money back. They said id have to wait. Then they send me the exact same version of the little sucker. This thing does nothing it definitely doesn't do any actual sucking. And I hate it. So now I have 2 toys that are trash. I feel like ive been given the run around and wish I had spent the money on a rose.

I reached out asking where I could purchase a new charger, for their butt toy and if not what the charger details were to buy a universal replacement. They emailed me back in a day and told me they’d happily send me a new charger. FREE! I got it fast. Only down side it was white not green but that preference. Would recommend this company

Did not work. No tingling.

Products are great. i have loved using them. Customer service response is also great. all interactions extremely positive. Damaged product replacement policy is not so great. I lose respect very quickly for a company that says "oh, we will replace this one, but next time you just get 15% off if you want to replace it," when either their shipping line or the carrier damaged an ordered product before it even got to me. That is not my fault, and penalizing a customer for that loses said customer.

Very fast response. No waiting. Shipped product fast and stood behind there product.

When my favorite “little sucker” stopped doing its job, hello cake was very quick to answer me back and offer a replacement! I have never received faster care than I have with hello cake:)

The customer service is spectacular! I was surprised at how helpful and willing they were to make things right with a defective product. Sadly their new Little Sucker is no better than the broken one that I needed replaced. I will not be trying a third time. I am happy with the first one that I bought it is OOOmazing. Please Go back to the original design of the Little Sucker because you had an exceptional product.

It was okay it really didn't do anything for me. I forgot I was even on the sublinguals for sexual enhancement. I popped 1 when I received them just to get a feel but no go. I figured it was me so I gave it to my girlfriend who is an nymphomaniac & in a couple hrs went by & I asked her about it, she said "Oh I totally forgot I had taken anything. So if it didn't for her then, I don't know?

I received a faulty item and they have great customer service. I thought it was just a bad product but I was wrong! Powerful long lasting products. I highly highly recommend. I currently have 3 of the toys. I hope they come out with some new stuff to try soon! Thank you again for everything.
