I noticed I was billed for the service despite not having used the AI recently. I reached out to their team, and they were very professional and handled the situation without any hassle. The charges were reversed quickly. I appreciate a company that stands by its customers and handles billing errors with such integrity.

Atlas indica che le richieste di rimborso vengono valutate caso per caso e che il team risponde in genere entro 24 ore; inoltre il supporto umano è disponibile via chat ed email.
