I was having trouble making a payment to start using the service. The customer support (Ronak) was really good and helped me arrange payment. Even gave me $3 to start making calls before I even paid. The connection can be a little sketchy. But all of the internet based connections are. The website is easy to use, and once set up. A breeze to call. Highly recommended.

I am in the Philippines and need to make calls to the United Kingdom. I used to use Skype but so happy I found Hellloairdial.
Made my first call to my Bank and was very cheap and worked very well.

I had good experience using the service. I had a scheduled call with a hotline abroad, but found it was very expensive to use my local number for international calls, especially with the waiting period.
I found out about this service and tried a test call - very clear line, good signal, affordable price. I had a little bit of trouble with the dial pad at the beginning, but the custom service was really speedy, and was able to solve the problem in no time for me.
I finished the call on the platform and it was crystal clear. I would recommend if you need to use it for international phone calls!
