I love how my purchases are packaged, they have the cutest tissue paper with a sticker included too.

It made my day when I was shopping in town and approached by a random lady who complimented one of my bags and said she would like to collect them too!

I love following the Hellflower Insta page as it’s always exciting seeing new products and the stunning alt models.

Georgia is lovely, she responds to tags and is always so very grateful for the purchases, likes, comments, shares etc

I have ordered several times from this brand and have always recieved top quality products in a reasonable time frame. I'm obsessed with everything I've gotten from them and the owner is so so lovely as well. Can't recommend them enough!

I order from Hellflower ALOT and always had the most amazing experience. The packaging is luxurious. The products are out of this world. The customer service is above and beyond. 100% worth every penny. I use my hellflower bag everyday 🖤

Fast shipping as soon as it was dispatched. Size is nice and love the design.

Very overpriced for the quality of print received, if you have any sensory problems when it comes to printing being sticky/raised, clearly going to crack/peel once washed, don’t waste your money.
I have bought from more independently owned companies & received better quality printing on garments.

Owner wanted me to elaborate on why i wanted to return my item, but clearly didn’t like my response as i was met with big names of companies, bands etc who also use said company for printing & how they have sold large quantities of this item & never had this complaint…but cant offer free returns?
Felt very unprofessional having to write my details on a piece of paper to ask for a refund upon return, on top of paying £5 shipping fee & £4 to return it myself, not getting any shipping refunded.
Save your time & money.

Very quick delivery and the clothing is great quality but the sizing is off.

I ordered a XL bralette and it is very tight. I also ordered an XL in the white top and it is also very tight.

The mesh top and pants however are perfect.

Owner is so unprofessional. My order was never delivered and she still wants me to pay. I pay nothing! Find another job because this is not for you. From hell flower to hell no! Never again will I order anything here. Everything can also be found on Shein instead of this overpriced sh*t.

The poor communication and unprofessional response were extremely disappointing. Questions are not welcomed. Very unpleasant experience after all.

The post office messed up my order (by their own admission) and Hellflower stayed in touch every step of the way to ensure that it was safely delivered to me, after being wrongfully sent back to them. They could not have done more to help or to keep me in the loop and even followed along once it was out for delivery over here (again). Considering it's only a small business, their level of customer service is even more impressive. Truly can't say enough good things about the experience, and the products themselves are gorgeous, well-made, unique, and defo well worth the wait.

Placed an order, within two days received notification it had been shipped with no tracking information. Paid £5.99 for delivery - at this price you’d expect next day courier… nope, just a rip off. After over a week and a half of no delivery, I got in touch and was left waiting for a reply for three days. Found that my item went “missing in the post” - I requested item with refunded postage or a full refund. Was given a very short reply advising a full refund. After a lack of reply, I reached out on socials (where it had been fully active) to be sent a vague message regarding sickness was holding up replies.

Overall incredibly disappointing, would not recommend and most definitely won’t be buying from again.

Fabulous small business, really easily contacted on Instagram if any issues or questions. If you Shop at Killst*r or D*sturbia is then these lovely people’s products are for you!
Received a bag of theirs for Christmas, fabulous quality and i’ve had tons of compliments!
