Good products and amazing customer support😁

Super goeie zaak, 12:00 uur besteld volgende dag 09:00 ‘s ochtends in huis.

5 min and they respond. Order sent same day. Hats down best in the game! Will return for sure!

2 weeks after my order -10478- has been placed, no news and no answer after several emails.

Probleem perfect opgelost goede producten

I’ve tried quite a few brands in this space, but Heldcbd really stands out. The quality of the products is evident from the first use—clean, effective, and exactly as described. What really impressed me, though, was the fast shipping and the care put into the packaging. It’s rare to find a company that hits the mark on both product quality and customer service. Highly recommend if you're looking for consistency and transparency!🥇

Great communication, good play equipment, just order it. I highly recommend it.❤️

I received my order in few days and everything went smootly. I will use their service in the future. Very happy with the product. (Im Europe based)

Helped me out, painlessly and stress free :)

Excellent service. Highly recommended.

Best prices, fast shipping, and also i recently had like a faulty cart, they replaced it and also gave me edibles, all free of charge. Truly the best in the buisness.

There are a lot of scam websites selling vapes, like medvape.shop and greenmedseu.com — both of them scammed me. But heldcbd.nl actually delivered my order, even though my country isn’t in the EU. It’s great to know honest sellers still exist. I fully recommend this shop.

Had a problem with their vapes and they dont even answer on my mails where I asked for a solution. Very unprofessionell..

Update (Nov 4, 2025): The shop got back to me, sent the missing vape, and even included a small gift. Everything arrived in good condition and I’m satisfied.
For context: my original order was missing one of two vapes and I didn’t get a reply at first. I understand emails can land in spam, but when prepayment is required, faster communication really helps build trust.
Thanks for making it right — I’m happy to order again and hope future responses are a bit quicker.

I want to say a big thank you for the amazing costumer support, they are helpful and fast in their deliveries.

Definitely will be again in the future!
🫶🏼🙌

Excellent range and really lovely staff. Very helpful, the best customer experience I've had recently

Fast shipping to another EU country, only couple of days, nice!
