The customer service is friendly but I am disappointed by shipping which is late please make your shipping fast , I received my order in 16 days

I already understood, these people are fraudulent. They never send the orders, steal people's money. All positive feedbacks are written by their own side.
I ordered in November 20. When I wrote them why you don't send, the answer was will be sent soon. They ignore now my emails and chat messages.

At first I was not sure how to get such good products at such a low rate then I placed an order of $350 and the product arrived within 15 days which is a little late, shipping should be a little faster. and I would give 5 stars to hazel smith because she is very helpful

scammers they never refund me in cancelled order by them.

they are scammers they have send me 20 units and i purchase 66 units and canceled my sencond order for no reason and never receive refund be carefull sellers

So I made a order on the 16th of October its about to be a month since I made the order, I have send chats so I can get an update and every time they told me I will get my order soon or this week I really don't understand why it's taking forever if I live like an hr from Hammonton so at this point I'm not sure if I get scammed, plus I haven't received any tracking number of my order but it shows that my order its been picked up. Should I wait another week or just cancel and get my money back.

I purchased products couple of weeks before still didn’t get it it’s really hard to get someone for help there . The physical adress they provided on site is residential adress I went there couldn’t find anyone. Now I’m keep trying to reach them by mail no one responds.I purchased after checking them on trust pilot looks like they give this rating by themselves. Seems like I got scammed ! No worries I’m gonna take action against them to get my refund I spend a big amount.

Canceled my order for no reason after ordering and refunded my money wasted a lot of my time, They told me by mail that they will not take the order if it is less than 350 dollars, but they did not say anything about this when ordering.
