I am very happy to leave this review. Very professional and trustworthy people. I would definitely recommend this company to install your boiler. The service I received from both David’s was excellent….so what are you waiting for.

Very professional family run business. Very clean, tidy and respectful. Protected all areas of the house they were using, and tidied up afterwards. From start to finish David was very professional. Took time to ask questions and discuss boiler needs, provided a quotation quickly and answered my many questions I had! Managed expectations extremely well and both David and his cousin also David both went out of their way to do a quick and painless job. Would highly recommend.

Professional family business who were polite and respectful and did a fantastic job on a new boiler install. David was very approachable, knowledgeable and provided a good competitive quote. He answered all of my questions promptly and took the time to explain how everything worked. I liked the way he quoted the job, because you could tailor the job to fit your budget and add enhancements/upgrades if wanted.

I believe in giving work to local people rather than national companies, and was certainly rewarded in finding David at Heat Street. He came out promptly in response to our problem, gave honest unbiased advice, and followed up immediately with a very reasonable written quote which included several options. Within 2 days of our first phone call we had arranged a date for the fitting of a new boiler. The work was carried out efficiently, with a minimum of disturbance, and everything tidied away afterwards, with certification and warranty details sent off at the finish. Couldn't have asked for a better service. (David and his Dad were low maintenance too - two black coffees and they're good for around 6 hours!)

Excellent service on both the David’s part. We just had our boiler redone the guys were so friendly as well as super professional and efficient. Very fairly priced and even cleaned thoroughly after themselves would definitely recommend these guys.

We had our new boiler installed last month.

We had a few quotes from a few different plumbing companies. We chose Heat Street because of the following:
- David listened to our requirements and he was honest and upfront about our chosen solutions.
- David seemed to be very knowledgeable about the heating system and about the boiler we wanted to install in our property.
- There were no hard sales pressure.
- David was very quick to respond to emails: sending quote and answering our questions.
- Heat Street quote was competitive.

We were very pleased with Heat Street work, they came as they said they would, they were working very hard, and they were very efficient installing our boiler and they explained things and answered all our questions. They laid pipework very neatly. They left all working areas clean and tidy.

We would use them again and we would recommend them to other people.

Heatstreet have been helpful and professional from initial enquiry through to finish of job. David came to see job and advise on best way forward. Once the gas main had been fitted to the house and gas meter installed, they were quick to arrange the work.
On the first day of three, David and Dave worked hard together to install the system. The second day was finishing off and commissioning, David walked us through everything and explained and answered queries. On the third day Dave did the power flush.
Both worked efficiently and cleanly. They tidied up after the end of each day. Heatstreet are a very professional and friendly company and I would highly recommend them.

Well where do I start
From ringing them to make an appointment to come and give us a quote then a date to have it fitted was FIRST CLASS all the way, friendly respectful , explanations on what needed to be done talking you through the setting up on the app ,I can't fault them would definitely recommend

Great service, they were very efficient and Covid safe when they replaced our boiler. Good value and very informative/ knowledgeable. We will defiantly be using heat street for our yearly services.

I was connected to Heat Street using Worcester Bosch online app. My Vaillant boiler failed (again) and needed replacement. Service from Bosch / Heat Street was terrific and the price more than £1k less than another local firm. Super prompt arrival and had new boiler installed and working in ~6.5 hours. Friendly staff. Highly recommended.

David was professional from the start and this didn’t stop throughout the full installation. They turned up on time and tidied up after each day, completed the work as scheduled with a high level of attention to detail. We have no reservations in recommending Heatstreet to our friends, so much so that after they finished they went around to help one out. Top guys and top work, will be using them in the future when we need other work doing.

David and Dave came to change our boiler. They were incredibly efficient, did a great job, inspired confidence from the start and it was all competitively priced! They also made every effort to comply with COVID regulations. We strongly recommend them. Very satisfied customers!

Where to start... We had a great experience meeting David who visited to quote and discuss various options. He clearly knew the industry, the market leaders and benefits and drawbacks of the best options for us. We received a very competitive detailed quote, itemised optional extras, and no sales pressure.

We were supplied with a boiler with 12 year parts and labour warranty, with warranty through the manufacturer, even the warranty was registered for us by Heat Street and emailed to us.

Install was clean and fast with a hard working team. Very respectful of the property, with protection put down for our flooring and even a Heat Street doormat put out front during the work.

They didn't leave until every radiator was proved to be adjusted and working correctly and even gave us a driving lesson on the boiler controls which included some great modern optional tech.

Absolutely fab service and price. Why buy from a huge national company when you can buy the best products and service locally at a far more competitive price through Heat Street - a Worcester Bosch approved installer,
