Really happy with the service from Heat Plex. Arrived at the time they said they would, and the engineer was very professional.
Pointed out a few things that I need to be aware of, and I felt I was getting a very professional service.

Heat-Plex Ltd was recommended by my local community web page when my cistern overflow was suddenly constantly running. It took one friendly call and the next morning the problem was fixed by Vasil who was quick,friendly and full of fascinating stories of his fruit orchard and bee hives. The ease of communications/ payment on line and total cost were excellent.

Just to say that Vasil and Ryan did the most amazing job for us in installing a new boiler in a particularly tight and tricky space. At no point were they anything other than totally professional and they instilled great confidence right from the start. 10/10 unquestionably, and as the Euros start today, they were definitely the Harry Kane and Phil Foden of the heating engineers team!!

I was looking for a good and honest plumber and I was lucky my friend recommended Joe to me. He is kind, courteous, honest, reliable, responsive and very knowledgeable professional. He fixed the problem of my hot water cylinder at first visit and the price charged was very reasonable. I will certainly be using Joe again in the future for any future plumbing issues.

David is such a great Engineer and kind hearted individual. We needed a service for our boiler a short while ago and were skeptical on who too book with after our go to engineer retired from the tools. David is absolutely clean and well mannered and looked like he worked in a neat, efficient and methodical manner. The fact he even wears shoe covers without prompt before arrival was super kind and thoughtful and is a pleasure to see as a customer as not all engineers have done so. He also found a leak on the filling loop in minutes of turning up which was causing loss off pressure & fixed the part and made it looks easy. Will definitely be using Heatplex again.

We had all our radiators in our property replaced by Heat-Plex and they did such a fantastic job.
I knew it would be a big job but they made it look effortless and were so careful and tidy! It’s made such a difference, thanks again to Peter and Ryan for their hard work, and Maddison for organising from start to finish

Had a new boiler installed by Heat-Plex recently and can’t fault the service. On time, clean and tidy, and the engineer was very helpful (I had a lot of questions)

Look no further than Joe and his team. Such a genuine and trustworthy company. I've used them for the installation (and now yearly servicing) of boilers for my yoga studio business in South London for over 3 years now.

Heatplex / Joe provides a simply excellent service with a huge amount of charm. I needed a gas safety certificate in short notice, Joe carried this out efficiently whilst explaining every step, he also found a fault in the boiler showed me the faulty part and went out to source the part and fixed it, all in a cost effective manner. I recommend 100%.

I have employed Heat-Plex to do a couple of landlord's safety certificates and also some boiler service work. My experience of Joe is that he's polite, professional and does what he says he will, when he says he will. If only all companies I had to deal with were as effective. Recommended.

I have used Heat-Plex and Joe on two occasions now. During the cold snap of 2018 Joe was my family's saviour when our boiler packed up and we were without heat. Joe made time for us out of normal working hours and was able to get the boiler working somehow as at the time we did not have the finances for a brand new installation and I knew we were on borrowed time. I brought Joe back to discuss the options and costs of replacing the boiler in early April. Joe's knowledge around specs, energy saving, the connected home and cost efficiency was great and he was able to provide a clear quote and time duration. Joe then fitted our new central heating system week commencing 14/05/2018. Joe's workmanship and efficiency was incredible to see compared to other work I have had done from previous tradespeople. He was also very clean and conscious when working in our home, very friendly and sociable which put us at ease. All in all I could not recommend heat-plex highly enough. Great service and experience.

What a knowledgeable and professional young man Joe is. After an unfortunate run in with a rogue company and another with a couple of "likely lads", we were very reluctant with whom we let into our home. Joe almost instantly put our worries at ease and after a long and patient chat, we had no doubts that Heatplex was the one for us.

Joseph at Heatplex was professional and easy to deal with from enquiry stage and throughout the work. I felt he did a great job and he was happy to answer all my questions. Tidied up after work and left place as was found. I would use him again for future work.
