Totally mislabelled a product on their website which I waited more than the date it said it should be delivered spoke to somebody on the phone over a week ago they said they would send a returns label still nothing. Poor service would not recommend.

Great service
Great service. Bought 2 x boilers which were delivered on the date I requested. They were also cheaper to have them delivered to central Scotland than I could buy locally. Only slight gripe was the delivery charge. I was told it would be £30 for each boiler but when I checked out I was charged £74 instead of £60 as quoted. Still cheaper than buying locally though. Will purchase again

Everything done well by SKS as always. Unfortunately delivery company (TNT) weren't as good. Originally delivered one box to wrong address then driver blatantly lied to me. He came back about 2 hrs later with missing box

Ordered two new replacement 28mm valves for my leaking Magnaclean on Sunday evening and they arrived on Tuesday morning, I was so pleased as I had 2 bowls in the cupboard collecting drips!
