Overall a very good and professional service. Good quality frames and decent experienced fitters. I had a bay window fitted recently and it was a very positive experience overall.

Fantastic, super-quick service from Phil and the team at Heath Windows! My Solidor front door, which had been fitted by Heath Windows in 2017, had developed a small split across one of the panels. Under the warranty, Phil arranged for a new slab to be made and it was fitted all within a few weeks of my original enquiry. The door lock slipped slightly this afternoon and Phil arranged for one of his team to fix it within an hour of me reporting the problem. Amazing! Would thoroughly recommend. Great quality windows and doors, fantastic service - and friendly staff.

We used Heathrow Windows Ltd on a project recently. They turned the project round very sharpish & we were extremely pleased all round.

I had my windows installed by Heathrow Windows in 2021, and was very happy with the service and the quality of the windows and install. Recently two windows wouldn't open as the handles had broken due to somebody working in the house forcing the handles too much, not knowing how to open them. I called Pawan and he came out to assess the damage the next day, which is very professional. I'm happy to say that they have attended early this morning, replaced the handles/repaired a broken hinge and left the surrounding area clean and tidy after.

Deciding to get new bifold door for my kitchen extension. Absolutely fabulous customer service. Each product was explained with pro and cons. We were offered different options. Job was booked on our convenience. Came on time. Boys carried out the job very well. Very clean and tidy. Highly recommended.

People who believe in keeping there word, as it was a matter of urgency, Harmeet was responsive, measured and gave a good price and said will be done within a week, it felt like amazing service as all went too smoothly and looks great with fantastic finish, was finished on the day I was promised, Harmeet a great guy to do business with and would happily recommend to other people.
