AVOID COMPLETELY
Treatment didn’t work. I told Luke the day I came back to the house that I had been bitten and then sent him another message. He then ghosted me and didn’t honour his guarantee. He originally cancelled my treatment the night before saying he had a bereavement. I was very sympathetic and understanding - I had just lost one of my best friends and was grieving as well as going through this rubbish. We rearranged. Now looking at these reviews and the excuses and the no shows it was probably a lie which is actually shameful if it was and I feel like a mug. I went into debt having this treatment, I was treated terribly by my work and forced to go on unpaid leave and told to get it sorted asap or I would essentially be replaced so I booked the heat treatment because they are so effective. So I was really relying on this to work and at least felt like if it didn’t he would come back. But Luke doesn’t care about any of that. I thought he was a nice guy but he will take your money, fail the treatment and not come back and ghost you. When I told him in my message I had been bitten and said that I a wasn’t satisfied - he hadn’t moved around any of my belongings to circulate the heat or anything - he brought up his family and his livelihood. What about mine. This past year has been extremely isolating, I’ve missed a lot of time with my terminally ill mother and I’m now hugely in debt STILL trying to tackle this issue because I need to be with my family. I didn’t even get to go to my friends parents house and grieve with the family properly and celebrate her life after her funeral because I just couldn’t risk it. It’s actually disgraceful. He should be absolutely ashamed that his failing service effects people’s lives. If he can’t honour his guarantee he should give people back their money. It’s that simple. I would ask how he sleeps at night knowing this but it’s probably quite well because the only successful heat treatment he’s done is probably on his own home.
