Bagpipes have 3 drones
The items were great, but I was disappointed in the greeting cards. It's sloppy for a Scottish theme box to not get the correct imagery for the drones on a set of bagpipes, and very disappointing if AI was used to design this.

Thank you so much for your honest feedback – we really appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts. 💙
We’re so glad you enjoyed the items in your box, but we're genuinely sorry to hear you were disappointed with the greeting cards. We take great pride in representing Scotland as authentically as possible, and we completely understand how important those details are – especially when it comes to iconic imagery like the bagpipes.
We’ll definitely take your comments on board and ensure we’re even more attentive with our designs in future. Thank you again for your support and for helping us improve – it means a lot to us.
Warm wishes from Scotland,
Gemma

Hi Jessica, thanks so much for the feedback. Shipping from Scotland takes on average 2 weeks but can be a bit quicker. You can track your box as it leaves our Bonnie shores until it lands on your doorstep.
All of our boxes ship in the first week of each month, this means it can sometimes take a wee bit longer to receive your first box but they should arrive 1 month apart going forward.
Thanks for being part of our clan, we love sending you a wee bit of Scotland.
Warmest wishes,
Gemma

Clock
I am not sure if I just missed the literature, but i wish something was included about changing the time on the beautiful clock that was included in my box, or, if it can be changed at all.
