I liked my first box with the necklace
I liked my first box with the necklace. I have been disappointed with the Candy in most of the boxes. I am going to cancel since I cannot use most of the items that are related to travel. I am not going to travel anywhere soon.

Thanks for taking the time to feedback, we love all feedback as it helps us provide an even better service to our Heartboxers.
I'm sorry you didn't like your Scottish sweeties we would love to know what you would like to have received instead? Keep your eyes peeled for this month's sneak peek as we have a super tasty malt whisky caramel sauce!
I'm sorry to hear you didn't love the Harris Tweed luggage tag & passport holder, the great thing about Heartbox is you can skip a month that isn't your favourite such as our Scottish Summer Holiday Box. Keep your eyes peeled on the peeks each month and if the theme isn't for you, you can skip this box.
Thanks again for feeding back.

I subscribed as a gift
I subscribed monthly as a gift for my daughter. The initial box she received contained a lovely stag scarf, cranberry shortbread, a recipe card, etc. The following boxes have too many paper items; a calendar, a scroll, drawing, blank greeting cards. Two Outlander themed boxes. One glass, one bookend. Why not send a set? The sleep box with pillow spray was nice. We've tried the recipes included, which was fun. She likes the boxes that include jewelry.

Excellent
I enjoyed being a customer of the company because of the excellent customer service. I was always informed of updates and reminders of when charges would come out for autopayment. I'm sad to have to end it as I've had some life changes, but hope to return in future.
