No chance of winning
The games are very easy to play but you have more chance off winning the lottery that winning on any it these games they suck you in screw your for everything then can and call it a fun experience it’s a joke dont bother with you if you are lucky you might win a few quid my advice is dont use this site there are better sites with better chances of winning on them as I have but don’t use this site it’s rubbish

My account has been restricted since 31st may. Was requested to send payslips, thought it was intrusive but sent them as requested. They then moved goalposts again and wanted statements, again extremely intrusive but sent them the same day requested.
It’s now been a week they have had all my sensitive paperwork and still no verification complete.
When you send them an email or go on chat it’s a generic email saying they can’t give you a timeframe.
Quick to ask you for something but not quick to get back to you.

If I could give zero I would: I won £160 and withdrew but its never reached my bank, I have tried to get onto my account while has been closed no reason given, I have tried online chats nothing resolved I have emailed 7 times nothing returned and this has been a week now, there is no issues with my bank for whom I’ve been with over 40 years, so stay well well away from heart bingo,

Perfect customer service
So I didn't redeem. One of the bonuses in time was under a minute late, but I spoke to the bot, which put me through to a customer service team member very quickly. I think i've been through to Katherine and she was brilliant, I don't think I've had a customer service personnel as polite joyful and extremely helpful. She she allowed the bonus to go through. It was extreme quick and I feel it was quite a generous bonus.

Amazing service
I was so frustrated and concerned because my card suddenly stopped being accepted. I have now rectified this through the help of two Amazing agents through email .Heart bingo is my absolute favourite site and I can not recommend it more highly. Absolute blatant scam!! If you log in and try to play one of the games you get a “log in issue” so if you press continue you are then in the “pool” of people that will not win anything! It’s a complete scam…..
