Terrible experience
Terrible experience. Ordered some hearing aids for my 90 year old father and sent them back within a week as they were not suitable. Have repeatedly asked for a full refund as the terms and conditions promise and am still waiting more than 4 months later. Do not use this company they are a rip off
Don't expect a refund if not working
I am writing this on behalf of my elderly stepfather Gordon Skene. Hearing aids weren't suitable. Returned within 14 days and have a receipt to say that the company received them. Company has not acknowledged the receipt, will not respond to repeated phone calls and money has still not been refunded after more than two months. They may be fine if the hearing aids work, but if they don't be prepared to lose all of your money. Terrible experience and seem to be ignoring consumer law.
Arranged to have a hearing test
Arranged to have a hearing test. Contacted Hearmore Uk and a charming Audiologist from Hearmore turned up on time with his impressive test equipment. Very thorough, professional and reassuring. Confirmed what I thought in that one ear in particular was not picking up certain frequencies as well as it should. Was given a set of almost invisible hearing aids programmed to my hearing needs to try out and was very impressed with how well they amplified the sounds I struggled with previously and yet didn't simply make everything louder. Worked well in a crowed pub for example. The hearing aids were the size of a pea and totally unrelated to the old fashioned NHS big pink plastic 'boxes' that used to sit behind your ears.
Stay clear
Stay clear. Absolutely appalling service. These hearing aids never worked abs finally the company committed to a refund but here we are over 6 weeks later, nothing and no straight answers . Do not waste your hard earned money

Didn't realise what I was missing out…
Didn't realise what I was missing out on, cannot believe the difference. Had a hearing test from one of the team at Hearmore UK, friendly bunch and seemed to know their stuff. I have gone for the ReSound GN hearing aids, quite cool in that you can fine tune them via an app on your phone, pretty much like everything else these days. Had them for 3 months now and all going well apart from I can hear the Mrs all the time now.... :)
