Friendly and Helpful Audiologist
The Audiologist was friendly and very helpful .Explaining how the App worked and checked the Hearing aids fitted well. He also did a follow up appointment which was a great help and covered all my questions.

Economic with the truth
Having purchased a hearing aid for my sister from this supplier, and needing to return the hearing aids that developed a charging fault, I have come to the conclusion that Hearingaiduk.org may not be all they claim to be. We made an appointment for one of their visiting audiologists , fine. He recommended an obscure brand at £1600 per ear. We purchased the recommended aids with the promiss of a two year guarantee and sixty day ( no questions asked) refund if they proved unsatisfactory. Suddenly, their contact number just rings continuously or simply cuts out. One our reasons fot buying was because of the salesmans reassurance that they got rave reviews on Trustpilot. Guess what, there are none, just a note from TP inviting me to be the first to review. Truthfully, be very wary of this Hearing aid supplier. On paper , well webpage at least, they appear to be very economic with the truth.

We contacted the gentleman who left the review, as we did see him some years ago, and he confirmed that this review was not intended to be left for our company and isn't about us; he got the companies confused. Trustpilot say it's too late to delete the review, so we just wanted to pop this note on to explain the misunderstanding
