Extremely responsive and diligent! I emailed Jean C. on a referral from a friend at 9pm on a Tuesday. I received an immediate reply email with an appt. the next day. I was quoted multiple options for family coverage and we are insured under contract by Thursday. I have never received better customer service! Expectations were exceeded, response was immediate with good information, Jean is a superstar! They are the best in the business! Unless you prefer smacking your head against a brick wall, do not use anyone else! Period.

I was fortunate to find Terry Turner as an agent in my area. He is professional, thorough and easy to talk to. I had a wonderful experience and he found an excellent policy for about half the price I was expecting to pay. He is very knowledgeable and gave me so much helpful information. We will be getting life and supplemental policies with our new insurance agent and reviewing hubby's SSDI to see if it is the best for him. A true gentleman and so good at what he does!!
