Very easy. There was wonderful specific information that was very relevant and helpful.

I received the product after I saw negative reviews. I didn’t open the bottles. I immediately sent an email to get a refund. They had me take a picture of the packaging label and show the unopened bottle seals. They sent me return information. I paid the shipping to return the product. Now I get a message saying don’t do refunds. They will just send that same photo someone else. What a scam!!

Website was easy to navigate. Checkout was seamless.

Unfortunately I had to return my product due to health issues. I thought it would be a nightmare but thanks to Charina and Chelsea it was so easy. They explained the return process and followed up everytime I would contact them. Absolutely wonderful customer support service and support! This is an A+ company!

How easy it was to order now? Just gotta wait on the product. See if it's real.

Ordered 3 bottles, and was instantly put on "auto re-supply", the moment my 3 bottles arrived... Yep, this company attempted to charge and supply me with another 3 bottles the very instant that the original order arrived. Thankfully I checked my credit-card for unauthorized billing, & was able to cancel before fulfillment, but it still led to the frustration and inconvenience of having to cancel & re-issue my original credit-card. Do not order from this company. Unauthorized auto-shipping is criminal.

Believe this to be a fake company. Never recieved my order and get AI replies from my inquiries. Was charged for a second order that I never ordered. Do not place an order with this company.

I made an order on April 30th. I waited 15 days before contacting the company to ask. I kept getting some excuse about surging demand. One month after that, I contacted them again. Same answer and same none action. I asked for a refund and got nothing. I have given up trying.

Be VERY careful when ordering from these people. They will take your money and give you nothing back. I made this mistake, don't fall for this scam.

I went looking for a top quality BPC-157 and found it here at Healthletic. They provide a great product at a competitive price for the quality. The only disappointing point is the time to receive the product. In my case almost 21 calendar days from shipping date. There are likely many reasons for this but I won't blame the company as once the shipment was made it was out of their control. They answered all my emails promptly and provided the best support possible. My product finally came and its exactly what I needed. No regrets doing business with Healthletic.

As many others have reported here, Healthletic is lacking in its delivery capabilities but quick to have its AI respond with a "we'll get right on your issue" when you ask for a shipment update.

As I was preparing to make a fourth status update request to initiate a PayPal dispute, I first took it upon myself to review the order again. At that time I noted an update to my order status, dated one day earlier. I clicked the tracking link and found that 44 days after paying in full, someone in Lithuania created a shipping label.

At this rate, I should have that "sticker on a box" in another 6 weeks, and perhaps my supplements by Winter. Although, based on the others' experiences, the supplements may never arrive at all.

One thing you can rely on from Heathletic, however, is daily emails after you pay for your purchase, touting that they are overstocked with the very product you just bought and need to sell it off quickly.

Helathletic uses deceptive marketing. I cannot even judge the product, as I cannot seem to get it delivered. Lesson learned. I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

Status Update: the package arrived 57 days after the order was placed. I will not be placing any future orders.

I guess the product, Natokinesse is ok, but the point in taking a supplement is "CONSISTENCY”, and these folks make consistency à big JOKE! Weeks and weeks and more weeks go by and still no order fulfillment on my second/subscription order. Then I am told they are having product delivery on their end because the product is shipped from, get this...Lithuania!!!SERIOUSLY??!!!!

OIh, and did I mention that my first subscription order was three weeks late???!!!
Do not… and I Strongly repeat: DO NOT BUY FROM HEALTHLETIC!!

ordered one month ago still no product. Same email response Oh it's on back order. I have emailed three times. Asked for a refund no response

I ordered Nattokinase from this company 6 months ago and never received it. They just refunded my money they say so I’ll check and see if it refunded into my account.

The product is top shelf. Shipping was very long.

I had the privilege of trying one of Healthletic product namely the nattokinase. Prior to coming in contact with the product, I have visited numerous doctors due to a number of symptoms and illness namely difficulties swallowing food, mucus problems, head shaking and teeth vibration. Doctors prescribe different medications but none of these work. I decided to try the naatokinase from Healthletic and after the first day to taking 2 tablets, I felt different. All of the above underlying issues are gradually going away. This is my one stop shop going forward. Their nattokinase is 98% HPLC pure. Good stuff.

Amazing!! I had pain in both shoulders and right elbow to the point of almost quitting lifting and only swimming until I started taking this wonderful product!! In 2 weeks I was feeling better and 6 weeks I am virtually pain free!! I was hoping for improvement but completely satisfied.. yes I am!! I tell anyone who will listen!!

Well I took distilled water and broke apart there bpc-157 pills and it all clumped up !! That is very low quality and may not even be real !! Then I did same with prohealth bpc-157 and it disolved so easy and effortlessly!! Big difference in quality or their pills may be totally fake !! Try it yourself if you don’t believe me .

I have a BPC-157 order #244380 placed on 3/4 that was never delivered and supposedly stopped by US customs. That order #244380 was sent for a reshipment (4/30). Still no status of delivery.
On 5/4, I placed a Nattokinase order #304672. An additional order for Nattokinase #333114 was processed on 6/1. #333114 was cancelled and a refund may have been processed. Still no status on order #304672
Due to Healthetic’s inability to deliver any products in a timely manner I’ve paused all subscriptions. Until my orders are fulfilled, Healthletics is a scam.

I tried a one month supply, with no instructions. Two capsules a day equals the minimum dose of 500mcg. At that level I got no benefit. I might possibly have benefitted from a higher dose over a longer period, but I don't want to risk that expense for something that may or may not work.
