Dr didn’t call
I booked an appointment yesterday for 18.12 ..
It’s now 04.47am…still waiting. Not happy been up all night. Not impressed. Wouldn’t recommend. They say 24/7 service but there’s no one there. The booking service was easy…however what good is that if the doctor doesn’t call and your symptoms are much worse after 12 hours when you could have called the nhs! I certainly have no trust in this company now.

was reassuring to have somebody on the other end of the phone that cared you were feeling so unwell. put me at ease and helped when my doctors felt i wasn't important enough to get an appointment and refered me to a chemist. getting a phone appointment was so much quicker than i thought it would be

Beneden offer a fantastic and very cost effective service, either for an on-line GP appointment or for a more detailed consultation with a sector specialist, I have used both services and they are both excellent, I can't recommend them more highly.
