I was impressed with the agents. I have worked with that Covered California in particular Chris.
He took the time to research the problems I was having and called me back to give me more information. Even made sure I had a email of the documentation I would need to move forward with my medical insurance issue. It appears that Covered California is making an effort to find people in Customer Service, who are intelligent and empathetic and motivated to solve problems my agent Chris will probably move up the chain of command which he deserves however, the other agents I’ve spoken with also appeared to be of the same quality.

I spoke with Steven He was very helpful, fast and friendly. Great attitude!

the wait was quite long, but once i was able to get a call back it was easy. Steven was very helpful and polite. once he had my information, he was able to sort everything i needed very quickly.

I got a call from Logam , who was very polite and respectful. I felt very welcomed by him.

This was my second time calling in. First rep was amazing. I assumed it was a fluke. Called a month or so later and suspected that it would be a hot mess, but the second rep was just as clear and thorough in making sure that he had all the facts straight in order to provide clear and concise information.

Chris was awesome! He was very professional and extremely helpful and insightful. He had a great personality and a great sense of humor and made the whole process Very lighthearted and easy especially when you’re stressed out about making decisions regarding your healthcare moving forward. I think all of the representatives I have spoken to through Covered California have been amazing, they really seem to care about you.
