It's actually hard to put into words, which is hilarious for someone who never stops talking.
I'd tried all types of massage in the last 10 years, Thai, sports, hot stone, also chiropractic and physio with varying results, all temporary.
Chronic neck pain (from long hours in an office), plus hip pain that I could never get any relief from. The algorithm or the Goddesses led me to Callum. A little nervous and filled with hope, I felt immediately put at ease. Callum is kind, respectful and skilled. My neck pain resolved first session. My hip pain had a massive improvement 2nd session.
The practice itself wouldn't be described as relaxing, some parts quite uncomfortable, however the benefits are definitely worth it.
It wouldn't be fair to not speak of the emotional/well-being impacts. I'd read books like the body keeps the score, books on body and trauma connections, but can be apprehensive on professed "spiritual practitioners", I firmly believe in my 2nd session some deep trauma was released. My arms feel lighter, I feel more "myself" again. I'm grateful and looking forward to being completely pain free.

I had my first experience with bodywork last Wednesday. It was truly a life changing experience with great relief of muscular tensions and pain associated with post-operative lack of mobility and much tension. Profoundly better sleep, waking early and feeling rested were amongst the many tangible benefits. Strongly positive feelings and calm ensued until today. My second treatment incredibly built upon the first. A very profound and powerful experience that released tension, released very strong emotions and brought amazing inner peace and calmness. I look forward to the coming week of subsequent healing and growth.

I am a believer in the power of physical massage and its ability to heal both physical and emotional ailments. Callum’s technique takes it to a whole other level. Within just one session he was able to move misalignments in my neck, release tension in my hips and shoulders. The emotional journey was quite extraordinary and is hard to put into words.
