Very disappointed , I ordered tuning forks and received the wrong order. Immediately contacted the company with pictures of the order that I had and they said they would rectify the problem. I’ve had several communication and they keep promising a tracking number , but know number . It’s been 3 months not a company I would deal with again. Also you can tell there responses are all AI generated.

Do not purchase from this company. I have been emailing with zero response for weeks now. It took 6 weeks for them to ship, they failed to send a complete order and what they did send was broken.

Now they refuse to respond to multiple emails with pictures for refund. This company is straight up fraudulent and does not care about customer satisfaction, retention, quality of products or service.

Bought the set of tuning forks- no instructions whatsoever so how is it possible to write a review?

Donc vous croyez acheter un produit américain et en fait cest sous traité par ncore par des chinois qui ne fournissent que des copies honteuses !!!!
Je compte bien prévenir les associations de contrefaçon et services des consommateurs en France, en UK et en EU !
N'achète jamais chez eux !!!!

I was charged 141.25 on my chase card days before the product arrived. It finally came. I have chronic migraines and was hopeful the device would he helpful. I can tell no difference. Would like the address for the return. Thanks.

I was truly impressed with my first order of tuning forks. I was dealing with some back pain, so I decided to give them a try, and I was amazed at how quickly the pain went away.

Needless to say, I’ve ordered several more since that first purchase. I also can’t complain about the shipping time, because I believe the company is taking the time to ensure customers receive a quality product.

I’m sure I’ll be ordering more in the future — they’re kind of addicting 🥴.

I ordered a set of 3 colored tuning forks. Picture of them are on the order. Only received 1 silver tuning forks. Their response said my order said 1 fork. NO IT DID NOT…..
look at photo on the order. It said set of three for $49.90
and that is what you charged me. I want the correct set of three not one!

I ordered a singing bowl set about a month ago. The item was shipped over two weeks ago, but the tracking number has not been updated since then. I have sent four emails and received the same automated response every time. The phone number goes to nowhere. I will be reporting this to my bank and asking for a cancellation of my order.

Quality product. A little slow on shipping with no option to get it faster, but tracking and communicatiom was great.

Cudnt get a straight answer regarding delivery, always in transit, finally arrived this morning after waiting over a month.

Found the 9 fork set to be inferior quality compared to Sonoki, I also bought an Otto fork from HS at the same time which is also only slightly better quality than the 9 fork set, bracelet green in a couple of days also poor quality
Paid nearly $500 for cheap imitations

**Update 1/18/26…Received two emails from healing sounds. One email stated that they were shipped in multiple packages but they show they were delivered and asked me to look around my house and yard. (Only 1 tracking number was provided and my video and pictures show only (1) package was received. Then I received another email stating that they are in multiple shipments and on their way. However they did not provide me with any tracking numbers. I have replied to their email with several pictures of the label and unboxing I will keep this post updated if I can and will amend the review if they actually send me when I ordered. We shall see.

I’m extremely upset. I purchased several tuning fork sets just shy of $1000.00 and ONLY received the free gifts but not the product I ordered. Order shows all product was delivered. However, I have a video of the delivery of the one package that was received.. as well as pictures of the package when I opened it and the contents. I sent an email to the company. I also tried to call however, the phone number would not go through. I’ve been waiting for these products for my business and sadly I’m out money and no product delaying my business further. I feel I got scammed. Please do not use this company.

The tuning forks are of high quality and very powerful. I am using them with other sound therapies in my Chinese Medicine private practice. Clients are reporting vibrations throughout their bodies that feel even more healing than before I started using them. Thanks so much!
