My daughter loves her new bed, came as described, great delivery, would highly recommend 🤗

The company is amazing I am so happy with my new bed they put it together also so quick

After spending quite a bit of time researching storage beds, I decided to order a custom ottoman bed from HD Beds and I’m so glad I did.

From my very first enquiry, the customer service was exceptional. Every question I had was answered promptly and thoroughly, and nothing seemed too much trouble. I had quite specific requirements regarding storage depth, mattress compatibility, headboard height and fabric choice, and I was given helpful advice throughout.

What really impressed me was the attention to detail. When I was undecided about fabric colour and piping options, I was sent swatches and even a video showing the navy velvet with black piping so I could visualise the finished bed properly. That level of customer care made a huge difference and gave me confidence that I was making the right choice.

The bed itself is beautiful, extremely well made and exactly as specified. The storage is fantastic, the quality is excellent and it has completely transformed the room.

It’s rare these days to find a company that combines a great product with genuinely personal service, but HD Beds managed both. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and would happily buy from them again in the future.

Thank you for such a positive experience.

Fantastic quality bed - we ordered a Kingsize Chesterfield bed in charcoal chenile, it is gorgeous, very solid, well made and finished to a high standard, the fabric is also lovely, delivery was quick and email and whatsapp communications were very prompt, the customer services department are very efficient and go above and beyond to ensure you are entirely satisfied - highly recommend this company and will definitely be ordering again from here in the future, Thank you HD Beds, Fiona & Paul Hunter, Aberdeenshire, Scotland

Fast delivery lovely bed great value for money really happy it’s lovely 🥰

This is the second bed I’ve bought from this company. I first found them on eBay and was so happy with my first bed that when I needed a new one for my new loft extension, I went straight back to them.

I contacted them and asked for a bed with a custom headboard size, and they sorted it with no hassle. Later I ordered a matching ottoman too. Their service was completely outstanding – they really went overboard to make sure everything was perfect.

Delivery was super fast, literally 3-4 days max. They delivered, built the bed, and when the ottoman arrived a few days later it was a perfect custom match to the bed.

I’m really, really pleased. Can’t recommend them enough. If you want great quality and service that actually cares about getting it right, this is the company to use. An outstanding company!

Bed was delivered promptly, great customer service too, I asked a lot of questions and they were all answered, delivery guys were friendly and helpful too

Upon contacting HD Beds their help & guidance was instant & they was very responsive throughout my purchase. They answered every query i had with great detail. They sent me images & videos to help me make the right choice in choosing the right colour for me. I choose a bespoke measurement of headboard for my room which fits perfectly. The overall quality of the bed is excellent & I'm so pleased with the result. The delivery guys were great too. They contacted us to inform us what time they would be with us. They were very professional & polite. I would definitely recommend HD Beds as I am very impressed with their overall service.

Was told what day and time of delivery. Rang me 40 mins from where they were, to inform me. Came and fitted bed together, took half hour. Great job and price. Would defo recommend HD Beds to anyone. Pic of bed does not do it justice.
