Our cleaners based in Clay Cross travel in company vehicles and, wearing our uniform are easily identified as professional cleaners while on customers premises. We only use ecologically sound cleaning solutions and equipment and as a licenced waste carrier, you can rest assured that we recycle responsibly. All staff undertake continuous training in the most effective and efficient cleaning methods and work flow management. To help our staff plan and manage their workload, we employ cloud based systems to organise cleaning shift patterns and customers cleaning schedules. Every shift is remotely monitored, ensuring that members of staff have safely arrived on site. In addition, evidence of the work being completed is submitted to the system. This allows us to provide customers with a very thorough audit trail and photographic evidence of the cleaning work that has been carried out.

Stayed in a holiday cottage in Great Longstone. It was cleaned by Leanne and Jemma to a high standard. Very good communication about how we wanted the beds to be set out which we found unusual so we messaged them back at the end of the stay with information that they may find useful eg taking home recyclables and that we were leaving early if they wished to come into the property earlier. Communication is everything..............Thanks ladies.
